Pavelski said Tuesday that he won't play in 2024-25 and is likely to bring an end to his 18-year NHL career, Ryan S. Clark of ESPN.com reports. "This is it for me," Pavelski said.

Advice: While Pavelski didn't say outright that he was retiring from professional hockey, he acknowledged in his postseason exit interviews that he had known for a while that the 2023-24 season would be his last in the NHL. The second-oldest player in the NHL this past season, Pavelski remained a productive source of offense for Dallas, notching 27 goals and 40 assists while playing in all 82 contests. Before joining Dallas as a free agent in 2019, Pavelski served as a longtime captain for San Jose and represented the club in two All-Star Games. He added two more All-Star appearances to his ledger during his five seasons in Dallas and finishes his career with 476 goals and 592 assists over 1,332 regular-season games. • Registers assist Sunday
Seguin produced an assist, two shots on goal and four hits in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Oilers in Game 6.

Advice: Seguin finished the postseason with five goals, eight assists, 59 shots on net, 32 hits and a plus-9 rating in a top-six role for the Stars, but he went without a goal in the last five contests. The 32-year-old forward was bothered by a lower-body injury late in the regular season, and it's unclear if that was still a factor in the playoffs, though he certainly played well enough to seem fully healthy. Seguin has three years left on a contract with a $9.85 million cap hit and a no-move clause, so he's a virtual lock to reprise his top-six role with the Stars in 2024-25 even though his offense doesn't match his salary at this stage of his career. • Provides power-play assist
Draisaitl logged a power-play assist and two PIM in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Stars in Game 6.

Advice: With just four points over six games in the Western Conference Finals, Draisaitl actually had a quiet round. That ultimately didn't matter, as Connor McDavid picked up the slack to help the Oilers make the Stanley Cup Finals for the first time since 2006. Draisaitl is at 10 goals, 18 helpers, 57 shots on goal, 17 hits and 12 PIM through 18 playoff outings. The Panthers will likely have Aleksander Barkov hard-matched with McDavid in the Stanley Cup Finals, so there could be more room for Draisaitl to make an impact on his own line. • Two points in series-clinching win
McDavid scored a goal on two shots and added an assist in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Stars in Game 6.

Advice: Both of McDavid's points came on the power play in the first period. He dazzled with his handiwork through the Stars' defense on the opening tally 4:17 into the game before setting up Zach Hyman later in the first. After somewhat taking a backseat to Leon Draisaitl in the first two rounds, McDavid exploded with three goals and seven helpers over six contests in the Western Conference Finals. He'll get his first taste of Stanley Cup Finals action when the puck drops in Florida for Game 1 on Saturday. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:29 pm
    • Records 20th point of playoffs
Trocheck supplied a helper in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Panthers in Game 6.

Advice: Trocheck had the primary assist on Artemi Panarin's marker late in the third period, which cut Florida's lead to one. Trocheck did not record a shot on goal Saturday, but he did have a whopping 10 hits and a plus-1 rating in 23:59 of ice time, the most of any Rangers forward. The 30-year-old center had a fantastic postseason, finishing with eight goals and 20 points in 16 appearances. Trocheck doubled up on his previous career high in the playoffs -- he recorded 10 points during the 2021-22 season with Carolina. Rotowire.com Saturday, 11:31 pm
    • Assists on opening goal
Rodrigues registered a primary helper in Saturday's 2-1 series-clinching win over the Rangers in Game 6.

Advice: Rodrigues was back on the board in Saturday's win after being held off the scoresheet since Game 3. He added three shots on net in 15:14 of ice time. Rodrigues isn't relied upon much for offensive production, but he's currently slotted on Florida's second line with Matthew Tkachuk and Sam Bennett. Rodrigues is up to three goals and five assists with an even plus-minus rating in 17 playoff contests. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:08 pm

    • Extends goal streak in win
Bennett potted his sixth goal of the postseason in Saturday's 2-1 series-clinching win over New York in Game 6.

Advice: Bennett opened the scoring in the first period after being set up by Evan Rodrigues. Bennett added four shots, three hits, one block and a plus-1 rating in 15:27 of ice time Saturday night. The 27-year-old has elevated his game at a crucial point of the postseason -- he has goals in three straight contests and he finished this series with six points in as many games. Bennett is up to six goals, four assists and a plus-3 rating through 12 playoff appearances. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:56 pm
    • Plucks apple Friday
Stankoven logged an assist and three shots on goal in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Oilers in Game 5.

Advice: Stankoven has just two helpers over five contests in the Western Conference Finals after picking up four points in the second round. The 21-year-old forward is at eight points, 33 shots on net, 21 hits, 17 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 18 playoff outings. He'll likely continue to see middle-six minutes as the Stars look to keep their season alive in Game 6 on Sunday. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:00 pm
    • Tips in lone goal in loss
Johnston scored a goal on two shots in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Oilers in Game 5.

Advice: Johnston has scored in three straight games, but the Stars have just three tallies over their last two contests. The 21-year-old is up to 10 goals, six assists, 55 shots on net, 24 hits and a plus-4 rating through 18 playoff appearances. Johnston's steady offense has made him a reliable option in fantasy in this breakout campaign. Rotowire.com Friday, 8:56 pm
