    • Heads to AHL
Suzdalev was assigned to AHL Hershey on Saturday.

Advice: Suzdalev had nine goals and 25 points in 30 games with the Saskatoon Blades of the WHL this year. The 20-year-old Suzdalev, a third-round draft pick in 2022, will join AHL Hershey as the Bears continue their playoff run. Rotowire.com Today, 8:06 am
    • Goal and assist in loss
DeBrusk scored a goal and added a helper in Friday's 6-2 Game 3 loss to the Panthers.

Advice: DeBrusk helped out on a Jakub Lauko tally before adding a goal of his own in the third period. DeBrusk's contributions helped give the Bruins and their fans life by cutting the lead to two, but it wasn't enough to overcome the four-goal deficit against Florida. The 27-year-old also added one shot on net, one block and six hits in 17:50 of ice time. DeBrusk is up to four goals and two assists in nine games so far this postseason. • Two goals in win
Rodrigues potted two goals in Friday's 6-2 road victory over Boston in Game 3.

Advice: Rodrigues opened the scoring in Game 3 with an even-strength goal that came right after a Florida power-play ended. He also finished the scoring with a goal in the final minute of the third period. Rodrigues is the perfect example of a depth player that Florida will need to keep contributing if they want to go on a deep Stanley Cup run. Rodrigues has three goals and an assist in eight games so far this postseason. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:18 pm
    • Back in action
Henrique (lower body) is in Friday's lineup for Game 2 against Vancouver, Oilers play-by-by announcer Jack Michaels reports.

Advice: Henrique will return to the lineup after missing Game 1 against the Canucks with a lower-body issue. He tallied two points in Game 1 against the Kings last round but hasn't scored a point in four games since. Henrique is expected to skate in a top-six role Friday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:44 pm
    • Recalled with Black Aces
Podkolzin was called up from AHL Abbotsford on Friday as part of a group of Black Aces that includes Arshdeep Bains, Linus Karlsson, Danila Klimovich, Jonathan Lekkerimaki, Aatu Raty, Max Sasson, Nick Cicek, Matt Irwin, Cole McWard, Christian Wolanin, Zach Sawchenko and defenseman Elias Pettersson.

Advice: Podkolzin had two assists in 19 contests with the Canucks during the regular season. He also recorded 28 points in 44 regular-season AHL outings and an assist in three AHL playoff appearances this year. Abbotsford has been eliminated from playoff contention, which is what prompted this move. However, none of the players that were promoted Friday are likely to factor into the Canucks' playoff run unless Vancouver runs into injury problems. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:17 pm
    • Secures two-year deal
Puustinen inked a two-year, $1.55 million contract with the Penguins on Friday.

Advice: Puustinen saw action in 52 games for Pittsburgh this year, generating five goals and 15 assists. With a new deal in hand, the 24-year-old winger should be in contention for a bottom-six role heading into the 2024-25 campaign. If he can play regular minutes at the NHL level, Puustinen could be capable of challenging for the 30-point threshold next year. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:28 am
    • Remains out Friday
Heinen (undisclosed) continues to be day-to-day and won't be available for Game 3 versus Florida on Friday, Conor Ryan of The Boston Globe reports.

Advice: Heinen will be sidelined for his fifth consecutive contest due to his undisclosed injury. Prior to getting hurt, the 28-year-old winger was stuck in a seven-game goal drought during which he managed just one helper and a mere six shots. Once Heinen is given the all-clear, he should be in the mix to reclaim a spot on the third line, potentially knocking Justin Brazeau out of the lineup. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:21 am

    • Dealing with knee problem
McMann was sidelined for the last nine games of the season due to an MCL sprain, Terry Koshan of The Toronto Sun reports Friday.

Advice: McMann finished his rookie year having logged 56 games for the Leafs in which he notched 15 goals on 118 shots, nine assists and 117 hits while averaging 11:34 of ice time. The 27-year-old winger got plenty of looks on the first line with Auston Matthews this season and could be back in that role heading into 2024-25. With a full 82-game campaign, McMann should be capable of reaching the 20-goal threshold and pushing for the 40-point mark. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:47 am

    • Hands out helper in loss
Colton supplied an assist, five hits and two blocked shots in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Stars in Game 2.

Advice: Colton snapped a three-game dry spell with the helper. He's up to four points, 12 shots on net, 27 hits, eight blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over seven playoff contests. Colton remains in a third-line role, and he's seeing more limited usage in the postseason. The 27-year-old can offer supplementary offense and plenty of physicality, however.
