    Fox recorded his eighth assist of the playoffs in Saturday's 2-1 season-ending loss against Florida in Game 6.

    Advice: Fox had the secondary assist on Artemi Panarin's goal late in the third period, but New York couldn't pull off the comeback. Fox added one shot, three hits, two blocks and a plus-1 rating in 24:11 of ice time. The 26-year-old led New York's blueliners in points this postseason with eight. That is not surprising, but he did not score a goal in 16 contests.     Trocheck supplied a helper in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Panthers in Game 6.

    Advice: Trocheck had the primary assist on Artemi Panarin's marker late in the third period, which cut Florida's lead to one. Trocheck did not record a shot on goal Saturday, but he did have a whopping 10 hits and a plus-1 rating in 23:59 of ice time, the most of any Rangers forward. The 30-year-old center had a fantastic postseason, finishing with eight goals and 20 points in 16 appearances.   • Big impact in Game 4 win
    Nurse logged an assist, 12 hits and three blocked shots in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Stars in Game 4.

    Advice: Nurse has been the target of some ire for his poor play in the playoffs, and he got off to an ugly start in this game. He was on the ice for both of the Stars' first-period tallies, including one that banked into the net off his body. Nurse was able to rebound, picking up a helper on a Ryan McLeod goal, and he followed up with a huge physical performance for the rest of the game. Nurse has just three assists with an ugly minus-12 rating through 16 playoff contests, but he's added 35 hits, 37 blocked shots and 31 shots on net while playing in a top-four role.     Trocheck contributed a power-play goal in a 3-2 overtime loss to Florida in Game 4 on Tuesday.

    Advice: Trocheck opened the scoring at 8:51 of the first period, extending his scoring streak to three games. He has two goals and five points over that stretch, bringing him up to eight markers and 19 points through 14 playoff contests this year.     Fox registered two assists in a 3-2 overtime loss to Florida in Game 4 on Tuesday.

    Advice: Fox went through a quiet stretch from May 9-26 in which he registered just one assist over seven outings. It's rare for him to have an extended period where he's not contributing much offensively. The 26-year-old has surpassed the 70-point milestone in each of his past three campaigns, finishing the 2023-24 regular season with 17 goals and 73 points across 72 contests.   • Propels Panthers in thriller
    Reinhart scored the game-winning goal in overtime in Tuesday's 3-2 win over New York in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

    Advice: Reinhart was the hero in South Florida on Tuesday night -- he buried a feed from Aleksander Barkov to send the series back to New York tied at two games apiece. It was Reinhart's fourth power-play goal of the postseason, three of which have come in the last two games. Reinhart has eight goals so far during the postseason which trails only Carter Verhaeghe (nine) for the lead for Florida. Reinhart is also tied for the team lead in power-play goals with four.     Advice: Reinhart had 27 power-play tallies in the regular season, but these were just his second and third goals with the man advantage during the playoffs. The 28-year-old ended a three-game slump Sunday and is now at seven markers, 11 points, 58 shots on net, 34 hits, 21 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over 14 playoff appearances. Even with the diminished offense, Reinhart's skill set makes him a threat for a big game at any moment, especially as he remains in his usual top-line and first power-play unit roles.
