• Gets first point of playoffs
Perry posted an assist and three hits in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Stars in Game 4.

Advice: Perry fell out of favor for the Oilers late in the second round -- his appearance Wednesday ended a stretch of five straight healthy scratches for the veteran winger. He was also able to snap a 12-game point drought when he helped out on a Ryan McLeod tally in the first period. The 39-year-old Perry's best years are well behind him at this point, but he can still be an effective depth forward and pest. Given the Oilers' win in Game 4 to even the Western Conference Finals at two games apiece, it wouldn't be surprising to see Perry get a run in the lineup over the rest of the series. • Offers helper in win
Hyman produced an assist, five shots on goal, five hits, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Stars in Game 4.

Advice: Hyman set up Leon Draisaitl's tally in the second period just after the Oilers killed off a penalty. It's often been goals over assists for Hyman this postseason -- he's scored 13 times and added four helpers through 16 contests. The star winger has added 68 shots on net, 38 hits and a plus-9 rating while remaining firmly in a top-line role. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 10:23 pm

  • Knocks in goal
Hyman scored a goal on seven shots, blocked two shots and added two PIM in Monday's 5-3 loss to the Stars in Game 3.

Advice: Connor McDavid took a shot that banked in off Hyman's body at 2:02 of the first period. With four goals and an assist over his last five games, Hyman's offense is humming along at a fine pace. He's up to 13 tallies, 16 points, 63 shots on net, 34 hits and a plus-7 rating through 15 playoff contests while filling a top-line role. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:14 pm

  • Puts up assist
Foegele logged an assist, two shots on goal, three hits and a minus-2 rating in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Stars in Game 2.

Advice: Foegele snapped an 11-game point drought dating back to Game 2 of the first round. The 28-year-old winger has a steady spot in the lineup, but he's seen a smaller role amid his slump. He has three points, 20 shots on net, 28 hits and a minus-9 rating over 14 playoff appearances while primarily working in a third-line role. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:16 pm
  • One of each Thursday
Hyman scored a goal on four shots, dished an assist, went plus-2 and added three hits in Thursday's 3-2 double-overtime win over the Stars in Game 1.

Advice: Hyman assisted on a Leon Draisaitl goal early in the second period and then scored one of his own later in the frame. The 31-year-old Hyman has scored in three straight games since going three contests without a point. The winger is up to 12 goals, three helpers, 54 shots on net, 33 hits and a plus-8 rating through 13 playoff outings. The Oilers' top players will be critical to their success in the Western Conference Finals against a balanced Stars roster, and Hyman is off to a strong start. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:02 pm
