  • Puts up assist in loss
Ehlers logged an assist, two shots on goal, four hits and a minus-2 rating in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche in Game 5.

Advice: Ehlers was limited to two assists, 14 shots on net, 11 hits and a minus-4 rating over five playoff appearances. It's a sharp decline from his 61-point regular season. Next year is a contract year for the winger, but it's still unclear where he might best fit in the Jets' lineup, as he often shuffled around between the first and third lines in 2023-24 while averaging 15:52 of ice time per game. • Finds twine Tuesday
Toffoli scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche in Game 5.

Advice: Toffoli's goal tied the game at 3-3 early in the third period, but the Jets weren't able to score again after that. The winger had two goals, eight shots on net, eight hits and a minus-2 rating over five playoff appearances. Toffoli posted 55 points, 229 shots, 75 hits and a minus-6 rating over 79 regular-season appearances between the Jets and the Devils this year. He is one of two unrestricted free agents among the Jets' forwards, and given his lack of playoff performance, he may be looking for a new home in the offseason. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:48 pm
  • Credited with goal in loss
Connor scored a goal on six shots in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche in Game 3.

Advice: Connor was awarded the Jets' first goal after a series of blunders led to the Avalanche putting the puck in their own net. The winger had three goals, two assists, 19 shots on net and a minus-4 rating over five playoff outings during the Jets' first-round exit. Connor has two years remaining on his contract and should continue to be a top-six force for the Jets in 2024-25. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:43 pm
  • Pots goal in win
Trenin scored a goal on two shots, added two hits and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Jets in Game 5.

Advice: The second-period goal was Trenin's first point in five playoff outings. The 27-year-old has added 21 hits, six shots on net and a plus-2 rating. He had 17 points, 116 shots on net, 207 hits and 40 PIM over 76 regular-season outings between the Avalanche and the Predators, though he's mainly been in a bottom-six role since he was traded to Colorado. • Pots goal in Game 5
Lehkonen scored a goal in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Jets in Game 5.

Advice: Odd bounces went both ways in this game -- the Jets' first goal caromed in off Lehkonen's body. It balanced out, as Lehkonen's marker was awarded to him when a Jets defenseman put the puck in his own net in the second period. Lehkonen got a goal in every contest in the first round and added three assists, 20 shots on net, seven hits and a plus-5 rating while skating in a top-six role with power-play time. • Tallies in Tuesday's win
Nichushkin scored a goal, added three hits and went plus-3 in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Jets in Game 5.

Advice: Nichushkin was locked in during the first round, scoring seven times on 17 shots over five contests. He's picked up nine goals across six appearances dating back to the regular-season finale. Nichushkin should remain in a position to put up goals if he sticks on the top line heading into the second round. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:18 pm
  • Not ready to play
Kiviranta (lower body) will not be an option against the Jets in Game 5 on Tuesday, per NHL.com.

Advice: Kiviranta did make the trip with the team to Winnipeg, so he appears to be getting close to returning. In his three postseason contests, the 28-year-old winger has registered one assist, three shots and nine hits while averaging 10:14 of ice time. Even once given the all-clear, Kiviranta is far from a lock for the lineup but should be in the mix for a bottom-six role. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 12:48 pm
  • Not playing Tuesday
Namestnikov (face) won't play Tuesday against Colorado in Game 5, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.

Advice: Namestnikov suffered a fractured cheekbone in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Avalanche in Game 4. He has one goal, four shots on net and eight hits in four appearances this postseason. With Namestnikov unavailable and Axel Jonsson-Fjallby serving as a healthy scratch, Cole Perfetti and David Gustafsson will draw into the lineup for Tuesday's Game 5 matchup. • Nabs helper in loss
Barbashev registered an assist and eight hits in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Stars in Game 4.

Advice: Barbashev has an assist in three of the Golden Knights' four playoff games so far. He's added 25 hits and a plus-2 rating, offering a heavy physical game in addition to his solid offense. Barbashev continues to play alongside Jack Eichel and Jonathan Marchessault in a top-six role. Rotowire.com Monday, 11:01 pm
