      Advice: Bouchard helped out Zach Hyman's opening goal early in the first period. The Stars have at least somewhat neutralized Bouchard in the Western Conference Finals, limiting him to two assists in three contests. He has 22 points (eight on the power play), 49 shots on net, 24 blocks, 13 hits and a plus-12 rating over 15 playoff appearances after playing above a point-per-game pace in the first two rounds.       Bouchard notched an assist, four shots on goal, a plus-3 rating, two blocked shots and two PIM in Thursday's 3-2 double-overtime win over the Stars in Game 1.

      Advice: Bouchard's attempt was deflected in by Connor McDavid at the 32-second mark of the second overtime. The playoffs have elevated Bouchard's breakout year to the league stage -- he's picked up five goals and 16 helpers over 13 appearances while adding a plus-13 rating and 22 blocks. The 24-year-old defenseman will continue to get his looks in a top-pairing role and on the first power-play unit, where he's earned eight of his 21 points this postseason.       Advice: Bouchard has earned multiple points in four of the last five games. The defenseman is up to five goals, 15 assists, 40 shots, 20 blocks and a plus-10 rating through 12 playoff contests. The 24-year-old will continue to see top-pairing minutes, though he may end up playing in his own zone more against a Stars team that lacks some of the flaws that plagued the Canucks in the postseason.       DeAngelo will require offseason hand surgery, according to Cory Lavalette of the North State Journal.

      Advice: DeAngelo is eligible for unrestricted free agency in July after completing a one-year, $1.675 million contract with the Hurricanes. The 28-year-old blueliner generated three goals, 11 points, 44 shots on net and 18 blocked shots in 31 regular-season appearances during the 2023-24 campaign.
