    • Set to start Thursday
Swayman is slated to tend the twine on the road in Game 6 against the Maple Leafs on Thursday, Steve Conroy of the Boston Herald reports.

Advice: Swayman has been solid in his last five outings, posting a 1.40 GAA and .953 save percentage while going 3-2-0. After the Game 5 loss, there was certainly a chance the Bruins would turn back to Linus Ullmark, however, it seems they will continue to ride Swayman into Game 6. Rotowire.com Today, 9:27 am
    • Falls to Leafs in OT
Swayman stopped 31 shots Tuesday in a 2-1 overtime loss to the Maple Leafs in Game 5 of the Bruins' first-round series.

Advice: Making his third straight start for Boston, Swayman played well but didn't get a lot of help from his teammates at either end of the ice. The 25-year-old netminder has a stellar 1.49 GAA and .952 save percentage in his four playoff starts so far, but it's not clear if coach Jim Montgomery will turn back to Linus Ullmark for Game 6 on Thursday. • Still not skating
Drouin (lower body) has yet to resume skating with the team but could still return during the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs. Coach Jared Bednar told reporters Wednesday, "Yeah. It fits the timeline. He's got a long way to go yet, (Drouin), because he hasn't hit the ice yet, right? He's still working on his rehab. The timeline was four weeks or less. We're still hoping for that. He's making progress, there's no question, so I'm hoping that he can get back. We'll see how long that other series goes and how much time we have," per Kyle Fredrickson of The Denver Gazette.

Advice: Drouin has already been out of action for approximately two weeks. Prior to getting hurt, the 29-year-old center was stuck in a four-game goal drought during which he recorded three helpers, six shots and three blocks while averaging 19:01 of ice time. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:13 am
    • Strikes on power play
Morrissey scored a power-play goal on five shots, blocked two shots and went minus-2 in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche in Game 5.

Advice: Morrissey's goal tied the game at 2-2 in the second period. The defenseman had three goals, one assist, 12 shots on net, four hits and 12 blocked shots over five playoff contests. He had 69 points, 103 blocks and a plus-34 rating in 81 regular-season outings, his second straight high-quality campaign. Look for Morrissey to continue to serve on the top pairing and first power-play unit in 2024-25. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:45 pm
    • Starting Game 5
Swayman will protect the home net Tuesday in Game 5 against Toronto, per Conor Ryan of The Boston Globe.

Advice: Swayman is coming off a 24-save effort in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Maple Leafs in Game 4. He has posted a 3-0 record this postseason, stopping 87 of 91 shots during that span. The Bruins can advance to the second round of the playoffs with a victory in Tuesday's matchup. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 3:35 pm
    • Two more assists Monday
Tkachuk registered two assists and six shots on goal in Monday's 6-1 win over the Lightning in Game 5.

Advice: Tkachuk helped out on third-period goals by Aleksander Barkov and Carter Verhaeghe. This was Tkachuk's fourth multi-point effort in five playoff games -- he has accumulated three goals and six assists in the postseason. The winger should continue to see heavy usage in a top-six role while providing solid offense and physical play. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:11 pm

    • Saves Game 4 with hat trick
Boeser scored three times on eight shots and went plus-2 in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Predators in Game 4.

Advice: Boeser opened the scoring just 2:55 into the game, but the Canucks would eventually fall behind 3-1. He tallied twice more in the final three minutes of the third period to force overtime, where Elias Lindholm won it for Vancouver to give the team a 3-1 series lead. Boeser has racked up four goals, one assist, 11 shots on net and a plus-2 rating over four playoff contests while playing in his familiar top-six role. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:00 pm
    • Two helpers in Game 4 loss
Tkachuk collected two assists Saturday during a 6-3 loss to the Lightning in Game 4.

Advice: Both helpers came in the second period as the Panthers tried to rally from an early 3-0 deficit, to no avail. Tkachuk has been outstanding to begin the postseason, and he leads Florida with seven points (three goals, four assists) through four games. He'll look to extend his active point streak to eight games Monday in Game 5, and lead his team into the second round. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:24 am

    • Two goals help extend campaign
Stamkos deposited two goals, including a power-play tally, in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Panthers to stave off elimination in Game 4 of the conference quarterfinals.

Advice: After receiving an incredible backhand feed from Brayden Point for the game's first goal, Stamkos ripped one of his patented wrist shots past Sergei Bobrovsky to put the Lightning up 5-3 at 9:34 in the third period. The performance gave the electrifying forward 50 playoff goals for his career, and 101 postseason points. Stamkos has five goals and an assist in this first-round series, and his impressive showing Saturday left the door open for more playoff action for the Bolts. Game 5 is set for Monday.
