      Advice: Nurse snapped a four-game dry spell with his helper on a Mattias Ekholm tally in the first period. The 29-year-old Nurse has been limited to two assists over eight playoff outings, and he's added 17 shots on net, 13 hits, 22 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating. He's played on the second pairing, with Ekholm leapfrogging Nurse for a spot alongside Evan Bouchard on the top pairing.       Toews posted an assist, five shots on goal and two hits in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Stars in Game 3.

      Advice: Toews helped out on a Mikko Rantanen tally in the second period. The helper was Toews' first point over three appearances in the second round. The defenseman is up to six points, 15 shots on net, 14 hits, eight blocked shots and a plus-4 rating through eight playoff contests.       Advice: Trouba helped out on an Alexis Lafreniere tally in the third period. Offense hasn't been a strong suit for Trouba in the playoffs -- he's earned three assists to go with 33 hits, 41 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a plus-1 rating over eight contests.       Montour registered a goal and an assist in Friday's 6-2 road victory over the Bruins.

      Advice: Montour is on a heater right now -- he's racked up five points (two goals) over the last two games. He scored on the power play early in the third period to put the Panthers up by four. The 30-year-old added an assist on Sam Reinhart's empty-net tally to help seal the game. Overall this postseason, Montour has three goals and five assists in eight games.
