      Advice: Woll will make his first start this postseason after Ilya Samsonov went 1-3 with a 3.31 GAA and an .883 save percentage in the opening four contests of the series. The 25-year-old Woll stopped all five shots he faced during Saturday's relief appearance in Game 4. He posted a mark of 0-2-1 versus the Bruins during the 2023-24 regular season, surrendering 12 goals on 89 shots. The Maple Leafs need a win in Game 5 to force Game 6 back in Toronto on Thursday.       Fox had a power-play assist, two shots on goal and three blocked shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Capitals in Game 4.

      Advice: Fox helped out on Artemi Panarin's third-period tally, which was the game-winner. After a slow start in the postseason, Fox has a helper in each of the last two games. He's added four shots on net, 13 blocked shots and four hits over four playoff outings.       Saros stopped 16 of 20 shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Canucks in Game 4.

      Advice: The Canucks again failed to direct much traffic at Saros, but he took a loss for the third time in four games in the first round. The 29-year-old couldn't maintain a 3-1 lead late in the third period as Brock Boeser scored twice in the final three minutes to force overtime, where Elias Lindholm completed Vancouver's comeback.       Advice: Woll played the third period and prevented the score from getting any worse. This was his first playoff action in 2024 after he got into four contests during last year's postseason. Woll went 12-11-1 with a 2.93 GAA and a .907 save percentage over 25 regular-season appearances. The Maple Leafs have not announced their starting goalie for Game 5 on Tuesday yet, but it wouldn't be a shock if Woll got the nod since Samsonov has struggled against the Bruins. Saros didn't carry over any momentum from his 17-save performance in Nashville's 4-1 victory over Vancouver in Game 2 on Tuesday.       Advice: Looking to climb out of a 2-0 hole in the series, the Islanders elected to switch things up and turn to Sorokin in net for Game 3. The 28-year-old netminder allowed two goals on the first six shots he faced in the first period and a third tally to Sebastian Aho 7:14 into the second before he was pulled in favor of Varlamov. Sorokin seemed to be the Islanders' unquestioned starter after signing an eight-year extension prior to the season. However, he was outplayed down the stretch by Varlamov, who took over the top goaltending job heading into the playoffs.
