The 30-year-old defenseman continues to see significant minutes on the top pairing, but he hasn't been as efficient on offense as he was during the regular season. The 24-year-old Bouchard has nine points (one goal, eight assists) through five games in the playoffs, tying Cale Makar for most among defensemen.       Manson scored an empty-net goal, added an assist, went plus-2, logged two hits and blocked three shots in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Jets in Game 5.

      Advice: Manson racked up five points and a plus-5 rating over five first-round contests. He also had 13 shots on net, 14 hits and seven blocked shots. The 32-year-old defenseman is showing his value at both ends of the ice while playing in a top-four role this postseason.       Bouchard scored a power-play goal on two shots and blocked two shots in Sunday's 1-0 win over the Kings in Game 4.

      Advice: Unlike previous games in this first-round series, offense was at a premium. Bouchard's goal was the only one of 13 Oilers shots to get by David Rittich, but Stuart Skinner made sure that was enough for Edmonton to go home ahead 3-1 in the series.
