• Two points in win
McAvoy scored a goal on six shots, dished an assist, blocked four shots, doled out three hits and added two PIM in Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Panthers in Game 5.

Advice: McAvoy had been held off the scoresheet for seven straight contests entering Tuesday. He helped out on Morgan Geekie's first-period tally before scoring the game-winning goal midway through the second. McAvoy has been limited to six points over 12 playoff outings, but he's added plenty of physicality with 52 hits, 33 blocked shots and 18 PIM. The 26-year-old blueliner continues to play in a top-pairing role. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 7:14 pm
  • Third goal of postseason
Carlo scored a goal in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Panthers in Game 4.

Advice: Carlo put the Bruins up by two in the first period with an unassisted goal. He threw a fluttering shot from the point that beat Florida's Sergei Bobrovsky over his right pad, but that was the end of Boston's offense for the night. In addition to scoring a goal, Carlo had two shots on net, one blocked shot, two hits and a plus-1 rating in 19:11 of ice time. So far this postseason, Carlo has three goals and an assist to go along with a plus-4 rating in 11 outings. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:05 pm
