    • Adds two power-play helpers
Hughes notched two power-play assists, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Oilers in Game 3.

Advice: This was Hughes' third multi-point game of the playoffs, and his first since Game 3 of the first round. The defenseman is up to eight assists through nine postseason outings, and he's added 13 shots on net, eight blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating. Five of Hughes' eight helpers have come on the power play as he continues to see a significant role with the man advantage as the Canucks' top blueliner. Rotowire.com May 12, 10:08 pm
    • Scores goal in Sunday's loss
Pastrnak scored a goal on the power play in Sunday's 3-2 loss to Florida in Game 4.

Advice: Pastrnak wired home a one-timer in the first period for his fourth goal of the postseason. The star winger also had two shots on goal, one blocked shot, two hits and a minus-1 rating in 19:44 of ice time. Pastrnak is up to four goals and four assists with a plus-1 rating in 11 contests during the playoffs. Pasta and the Bruins will look to stave off elimination in Game 5 on Tuesday in Florida. • Solid outing in loss
Swayman made 38 saves on 41 shots in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Panthers in Game 4.

Advice: Swayman was stellar Sunday night but it wasn't enough as Boston was heavily outplayed by Florida in the loss. The 25-year-old netminder was provided a two-goal lead in the first period before the Panthers scored three unanswered goals over the final two frames. Swayman and the Bruins find themselves on the brink of elimination heading back to Florida for Game 5 on Tuesday. Overall this postseason, the Boston goaltender has a 5-5 record with a 2.28 GAA and a .931 save percentage. Rotowire.com May 12, 7:35 pm
    • Guarding cage Sunday
Swayman will get the starting nod at home against the Panthers for Game 4 on Sunday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Swayman has been plastered with nine goals on 55 shots over the last two games but it hasn't been enough for Boston to flip back to Linus Ullmark. This will mark nine straight starts for Swayman dating back to the first round against Toronto. During his last eight games, he's posted a .925 save percentage while picking up four wins. • Adds helper in Game 3
Benn recorded an assist in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Avalanche in Game 3.

Advice: Benn helped out on Tyler Seguin's empty-net goal in the third period. Benn is already at four points through three games in the second round after earning three points in seven contests against Vegas during the opening round. The 34-year-old forward has added 16 shots on net, 31 hits and an even plus-minus rating through 10 playoff outings while filling a middle-six role. Rotowire.com May 11, 11:17 pm

    • Takes first playoff loss
Shesterkin allowed four goals on 31 shots in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Hurricanes in Game 4.

Advice: The defeat snapped Shesterkin's nine-game winning streak, which included the first seven contests of the Rangers' playoff run. He allowed three goals in the first period, and while the Rangers covered that damage, Brady Skjei's power-play tally late in the third was decisive. Shesterkin also hadn't allowed more than three goals in any of his last 14 appearances dating back to March 28. The 28-year-old has been exceptional so far, but a few bumps in the road can be expected in the postseason. Look for him to be back between the pipes on home ice in Monday's Game 5. • Set to start Saturday
Shesterkin will start on the road against Carolina in Game 4 on Saturday, per Chip Alexander of The Raleigh News & Observer

Advice: Shesterkin will aim to earn his eighth straight victory to open the 2024 playoffs. He's posted a 2.01 GAA and a .935 save percentage across his first seven postseason wins this year. Although the Rangers have an opportunity to complete the second-round sweep of Carolina, the Hurricanes have kept things close, forcing the last two contests to go to overtime while firing a combined 104 shots on Shesterkin over that span. As a result, it wouldn't be surprising to see the 28-year-old netminder challenged often with the Hurricanes' playoff hopes on the line. Rotowire.com May 11, 3:33 pm
    • Helps out on power play
Hughes logged a power-play assist and two shots on goal in Friday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Oilers in Game 2.

Advice: Hughes is up to six helpers over eight playoff games, and three of those assists have come on the power play. He helped out on an Elias Pettersson tally in this contest. Hughes has added 11 shots on net, six blocked shots and a minus-1 rating while continuing to play massive minutes on the Canucks' top pairing. Rotowire.com May 10, 11:40 pm
    • Tallies in Game 2
Ekholm scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Friday's 4-3 overtime win over the Canucks in Game 2.

Advice: Ekholm was limited to one assist over five first-round games versus the Kings, but he's now scored a goal in each of the first two contests in the second round. The 33-year-old defenseman doesn't have to put up offense to be useful, but it doesn't hurt. He's contributed 12 shots on net, 12 blocked shots, nine hits and a plus-4 rating in addition to three points through seven playoff outings. Ekholm should continue to see heavy defensive minutes in a top-pairing role. Rotowire.com May 10, 11:19 pm
