    • Three points in Game 4
Hagel scored two goals, one shorthanded and the other the game-winner, and added a power-play assist Saturday in a 6-3 victory over the Panthers in Game 4.

Advice: After setting up Steven Stamkos for the game's opening tally midway through the first period, Hagel followed with his own goal a few minutes later before giving the Lightning a 4-1 lead in the second. The 25-year-old had managed only one goal and zero assists through the first three games of the series, and his offensive eruption helped Tampa Bay avoid a first-round sweep. Hagel will look to stay locked in Monday for Game 5. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:37 am

    • Two goals help extend campaign
Stamkos deposited two goals, including a power-play tally, in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Panthers to stave off elimination in Game 4 of the conference quarterfinals.

Advice: After receiving an incredible backhand feed from Brayden Point for the game's first goal, Stamkos ripped one of his patented wrist shots past Sergei Bobrovsky to put the Lightning up 5-3 at 9:34 in the third period. The performance gave the electrifying forward 50 playoff goals for his career, and 101 postseason points. Stamkos has five goals and an assist in this first-round series, and his impressive showing Saturday left the door open for more playoff action for the Bolts. Game 5 is set for Monday. • Adds three helpers in win
Hedman supplied three assists -- including one on the power play -- in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Panthers in Game 4 of the conference quarterfinals.

Advice: Hedman was held off the scoresheet in the series opener but he's since emerged with six helpers, and the power-play quarterback's vintage Game 4 performance helped the Lightning avoid a series sweep. A two-time Stanley Cup champion whose 15-year career has been spent exclusively with Tampa Bay, Hedman should continue to be a major factor as long as his team can keep adding games to its postseason schedule. • Not practicing
Hakanpaa (lower body) has yet to return to practice, Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News reports Saturday.

Advice: Hakanpaa is likely not an option for Saturday's Game 3 or Monday's Game 4 versus Vegas, and if the Stars don't win one of those games, their season is over. Hakanpaa's continued absence will keep Nils Lundkvist in the lineup on the third pairing. Hakanpaa can be considered out indefinitely until he resumes practicing with the team. • Two helpers in Game 3 win
Zibanejad notched two assists, one on the power play, in Friday's 3-1 Game 3 win over the Capitals.

Advice: Zibanejad has back-to-back two-point performances, racking up one goal and four helpers during a three-game point streak. The 31-year-old center has helped put the Rangers on the brink of a first-round sweep of the Caps. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:01 am

    • Keeps dishing in Game 3 victory
Hughes earned two power-play assists Friday in a 2-1 win over the Predators in Game 3.

Advice: Hughes didn't post a shot on goal for the first time in the series, but the point-packing defender has four helpers through three contests against Nashville. Of course, you could say that his performance Friday was just another day at the office for Hughes after he led all NHL defensemen in assists (75) and points (92) during the regular season. • Contributes helper
Ekholm logged an assist, five shots on goal, two blocked shots and two PIM in Friday's 6-1 win over the Kings in Game 3.

Advice: The assist was Ekholm's first point in three playoff outings to go with seven shots on net, four hits and five blocked shots. The 33-year-old defenseman had a career-high 45 points and a plus-44 rating over 79 regular-season appearances. His focus remains on keeping the Oilers' defensive zone clear, but he can also chip in solid secondary scoring from his top-four role. Rotowire.com Friday, 11:36 pm
    • Three-point effort in Game 3 win
Draisaitl scored twice on four shots, added an assist, went plus-2, blocked two shots and logged two PIM in Friday's 6-1 win over the Kings in Game 3.

Advice: Draisaitl's first goal was at even strength, while his other two points were on the power play. The 28-year-old has been in peak form with three goals, four helpers, 15 shots on net and a plus-1 rating through three playoff contests. With the Oilers leading the series 2-1, Draisaitl is likely to remain on the second line rather than moving up to play alongside Connor McDavid. Rotowire.com Friday, 11:22 pm
    • Goal streak at three games
Stamkos scored a goal on two shots and added six hits, two blocked shots and a minus-2 rating Thursday in a 5-3 loss to the Panthers in Game 3 of the Lightning's first-round series.

Advice: The 34-year-old has done his best to keep Tampa Bay afloat, finding the back of the net in three straight games to begin the playoffs, but his team still faces the prospect of getting swept after losing all three contests. Stamkos also has a couple career milestones in his sights -- he needs two more playoff goals for 50 in his caree, and one more playoff point for 100. He might need to reach both marks Saturday in Game 4 in order for the Lightning to stay alive. Rotowire.com Friday, 8:04 am
