    Bobrovsky allowed four goals on 28 shots in Monday's 5-1 loss to the Bruins in Game 1 of the second round. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.

    Advice: Bobrovsky was excellent for the first half of the game, but the Bruins got to him three times in 6:47 late in the second period and never looked back. The 35-year-old goalie has allowed 18 goals over six postseason appearances, going 4-2 in those contests. The Lightning never presented a sustained challenge in the first round, but the Bruins look stronger, which could make this a tough series if Bobrovsky can't shake off this loss.     Swayman stopped 38 of 39 shots in Monday's 5-1 win over the Panthers in Game 1 of the second round.

    Advice: A turnover led to the Panthers' lone goal in the second period, which was scored by Matthew Tkachuk. Swayman was otherwise stellar again, as he allowed a single goal for the fourth time in seven playoffs outings. His other three starts have seen him give up just two tallies each time.     Advice: Bobrovsky surrendered 14 goals on 135 shots against the Lightning en route to a 4-1 record in the first round of the playoffs. He went 0-2-2 against Boston during the 2023-24 regular season, allowing 13 goals on 101 shots. The Bruins rank ninth overall with 2.57 goals per contest this postseason.     Hill surrendered two goals on 24 shots in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Stars in Game 7.

    Advice: A turnover led to the Stars' first goal, and they scored again early in the third period on the first shift of the frame. Hill went 1-2 with five goals allowed on 72 shots over the final three contests of the series after losing the starting job to Logan Thompson at the beginning of the playoffs. Hill is under contract for next year and should continue to split the goaltending duties with Thompson, barring any trades that change the composition of the Golden Knights' crease.     Oettinger stopped 22 of 23 shots in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Golden Knights in Game 7.

    Advice: Things looked bleak for the Stars after they dropped the first two games of the series, but Oettinger steadied himself and the team by winning four of the last five contests. He's allowed two or fewer goals in six straight games and owns a 1.95 GAA and a .925 save percentage through seven playoff outings.     Andersen stopped 19 of 23 shots in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Rangers in Game 1 of the second round.

    Advice: Andersen had not allowed more than three goals in any of his 15 games since returning from a blood clotting issue in early March. He'll likely have his hands full with the Rangers, who won the Metropolitan Division and the Presidents' Trophy in the regular season. Andersen is 4-2 with a 2.54 GAA and an .899 save percentage through six playoff contests. He has probably earned the right to start again and attempt to bounce back in Tuesday's Game 2.
