Now that everyone has played each other once waiver priority has been edited to reverse standings.

Due to the more competitive nature of this league and the fact that members who's opinions were considered are no longer in the league please ignore the "don't be a dick clause." All is fair in love, war, and fantasy hockey.
Note that during the playoffs the move cap per week will be increased from 5 to 6 and the FAAB waiver system will be dropped so that players go directly to free agency.
Also during the 2 week finals there the minimum goalie start requirement will be increased to either 6 or 8. This number will be determined after I look at the average number of goalie starts when yahoo has another double or extended week. Leaning towards 8. -
For new and returning managers: There were some issues last year with previous managers adding goalies for one start to win categories. While there are no strict rules against this the sentiment was frowned upon by managers consulted. There will not be any format changes at the start however there is a "don't be a dick clause" in play.
DON'T BE A DICK CLAUSE: If a reoccurring trend of a manager or managers being a dick by adding players (goaltenders in particular) for limited starts with the intention of winning stat categories for one week begins there will be a discussion on rule changes. These rule changes may apply to the whole league or just the people "being dicks." I reserve all judgement to make any rule changes in the spirit of this rule. -
Please note that there will be the following rule changes in the Head to Head playoffs:
1) There will be no waivers. Players dropped will go directly to free agency.
2) The maximum move count will increase from 5 to 6.
3) Assuming Yahoo allows two week final settings the minimum goalie starts in the final double week will increase from 4 to 6.
4) The 'don't be a dick' rule will not be in effect. Adding for single starts is acceptable. -
the FAAB waivers have a tiebreaker that I will be over writing. The initial order will be based on where people pick in the draft. Priority is as follows from most to least: 10, 1, 9, 2, 8, 3, 7, 4, 6, 5. Every 9 weeks the order will be reset to be in the reverse order of the standings. If you claim someone off FAAB than you get bumped to the end of the line.
