KEEPER RULES:

You can keep a maximum of 1 forward, 1 defense, 1 goalie, 1 utility (any position), and 1 rookie (must not have played more than 40 combined NHL games previous to the season just completed)

Draft pick required to keep a player:

Rank 1-9 = 1st
Rank 10-19 = 2nd
Rank 20-29 = 3rd
Rank 30-39 = 4th
Rank 40-49 = 5th
Rank 50-59 = 6th
ETC.
Anyone Rank 190 and higher is a 20th

Note: If you have for example two guys that require a 10th, but only own one 10th, you can use a higher pick to keep the second player (Both would take a 9th (or higher) and the 10th)
