-NEW KEEPER SYSTEM: Still using the O-Rank keeper determining, but 6 MAX keepers, NO position requirements, with exception being only 1 Goalie max.
-Make a post if you want to suggest any league changes to be discussed and voted on.
-Trade Deadline: Feb. 19
-Roster Freeze at playoffs, with exception of an injury. Must have missed a game, or have an Update (only from the Yahoo Rotoworld update blurbs) stating he will miss a game. "Game-time decisions" do not qualify a replacement. You may not place a waiver claim for a player if it will transact on or after the first day of playoffs.
-Trade veto is off, this is an experienced league, and you are gonna learn from your mistake if you make a bad trade. And often people will veto trades that are fair, because they don't realize different teams have different needs, player-wise.
-Trade terms: All transactions to do with 1 trade must be final. No renting players, and no giving picks at later dates depending on performance. If a trade turns out lopsided and the two GMs have good rep with each other, they can consider it while dealing with each other in futures trades (good faith system).
