League rules- you need an avatar and a decent team name - Blair's Team2 that means get your shit together bud. trash talking is a must - always a good idea to rattle Chad's cage a bit. american;s are not allowed to win - so everyone please team up on filmore the people's elbow. inactivity will result in a lifetime ban - let's keep this balanced and fair it's not hard to set your lineup even a month in advance. keep your stick on the ice. There will be absolutely no rule changes once we have drafted - no exceptions. Actually one exception - yahoo will add a new rule mid-season - the chance to make the final championship round 2 weeks instead of 1. when this rule is added - we can vote on it.

-Added one category - hits. Lots of talk about pim, shutouts, +-, blocks. we may make changes next year once advanced stats are added by Yahoo - ie corsi, fenwick.
-max moves for season is 25 - no weekly max
-trade deadline is feb 25
-only top 6 teams make playoffs - top two get a by
-waiver time is 1 day not 2. Rolling waiver list.
-trades can be vetoed by manager vote.
-free agent pickup is instant
-removed 1 IR+ position. Now everyone has 1 IR and 1 IR+.
-we will potentially make the final championship 2 weeks instead of one
-utility position remains in tact
