    • Bags power-play assist
Nurse notched a power-play assist, four shots on goal, three hits and two PIM in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Canucks in Game 3.

Advice: Nurse snapped a four-game dry spell with his helper on a Mattias Ekholm tally in the first period. The 29-year-old Nurse has been limited to two assists over eight playoff outings, and he's added 17 shots on net, 13 hits, 22 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating. He's played on the second pairing, with Ekholm leapfrogging Nurse for a spot alongside Evan Bouchard on the top pairing. Nurse can still add some physicality, but his offense is likely to be limited with less ice time. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:39 pm
    • Goal and assist in loss
DeBrusk scored a goal and added a helper in Friday's 6-2 Game 3 loss to the Panthers.

Advice: DeBrusk helped out on a Jakub Lauko tally before adding a goal of his own in the third period. DeBrusk's contributions helped give the Bruins and their fans life by cutting the lead to two, but it wasn't enough to overcome the four-goal deficit against Florida. The 27-year-old also added one shot on net, one block and six hits in 17:50 of ice time. DeBrusk is up to four goals and two assists in nine games so far this postseason. • Two helpers in Game 3 win
Trocheck logged a pair of assists in Thursday's 3-2 overtime victory over the Hurricanes in Game 3.

Advice: Trocheck set up Alexis Lafreniere's tally in the third period before recording the primary helper on Artemi Panarin's game-winner 1:43 into overtime. The 30-year-old Trocheck now has points in seven straight games to start the playoffs, totaling five goals and seven assists, including multi-point efforts in his last three contests. • Needed in relief
Ullmark allowed two goals on 10 shots after replacing Jeremy Swayman in the third period of Wednesday's 6-1 loss to the Panthers in Game 2.

Advice: Swayman allowed three goals in the second period and a fourth tally 1:28 into the third before the Bruins turned to Ullmark in net. While Swayman would wind up with the loss, Ullmark didn't fair much better, allowing two more goals later in the frame. The 30-year-old Ullmark hadn't made an appearance since Game 2 of Boston's opening-round series against Toronto, when he allowed three goals on 34 shots in a loss. However, the Bruins could turn to Ullmark in net for Friday's Game 3 following Swayman's rough Game 2 outing, though that may be a bit unlikely given how great Swayman has been in the playoffs so far. • Nets game-winning goal
Trocheck scored the game-winning goal in Tuesday's 4-3 double-overtime win over Carolina in Game 2.

Advice: Trocheck was able to find a rebound in front of Frederik Andersen before he buried the puck five-hole to win the contest for New York. Trocheck also registered a primary assist on Chris Kreider's third-period tally to go along with six shots on goal, one blocked shot and three hits. Furthermore, the 30-year-old Trocheck skated the most of any player on either team in Tuesday's tilt with a whopping 35:21 of ice time. He's up to five goals and five assists in six appearances this postseason. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 11:09 pm
    • Deposits empty-netter
DeBrusk scored an empty-net goal on three shots and added four hits in Monday's 5-1 win over the Panthers in Game 1.

Advice: DeBrusk was able to find the empty cage to finish off Monday's tone-setting victory to begin the second round. The 27-year-old was also strong early in the first round with five points over the first three games against the Maple Leafs, but he was held off the scoresheet in the final four contests. DeBrusk typically won't have the most consistent offense, but he's in a position to succeed in a top-line role. The winger has added 32 hits, 19 shots on net and a minus-3 rating over eight playoff outings. Rotowire.com Monday, 8:59 pm

    • Two power-play points Sunday
Trocheck scored a goal on three shots, added an assist, blocked two shots and logged two PIM in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Hurricanes in Game 1.

Advice: Both of Trocheck's points came on the power play as the Rangers opened a 3-1 lead in the first period. The 30-year-old center has found his game in the postseason with four goals and four assists over five outings. Trocheck continues to play on the second line at even strength, and he's also on the top power-play unit, where he's earned five of his eight points during the playoffs. Rotowire.com May 5, 4:47 pm
    • Key role in Game 7 win
Lindholm scored a goal on six shots and added an assist in Saturday's 2-1 overtime win over the Maple Leafs in Game 7.

Advice: Lindholm's tally in the third period provided a quick response to William Nylander's opening goal. In overtime, Lindholm dumped in a pass that caromed perfectly off the boards to David Pastrnak, who deked around Ilya Samsonov for the series-clinching goal. Lindholm concludes the first round with four points, 12 shots on net, six hits, 10 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over seven appearances. He'll continue to see top-four minutes and will likely be tasked with a shutdown role in the second round against the Panthers. Rotowire.com May 4, 8:59 pm
