  • Martin Jones cooled off by the Ducks
Martin Jones allowed four goals on 21 shots in Monday's 4-0 home loss against the Anaheim Ducks.

Advice: Jones slipped to 15-10-2 with a 3.14 goals-against average and .900 save percentage in his 28 starts. The 31-year-old North Vancouver, B.C. native has been so-so against the Ducks this season, going 3-2-0 with a 2.96 GAA and .897 SV% in five starts, which are very similar numbers to his overall stats. He'll likely get another crack at the visiting Ducks Wednesday in the second end of the back-to-back. Yesterday, 11:52 pm
  • Max Comtois picks up game winner vs. Sharks
Max Comtois posted a goal and an assist in Monday's 4-0 road win against the San Jose Sharks.

Advice: Comtois opened the scoring with his 12th goal of the season at 1:59 of the first period. Since the Sharks did not score, the goal stood up as the game-winning goal. It was his second game-winning goal in the past four outings. He has two goals and five points over his past seven outings, and remains more of an option in deeper fantasy pools. The Ducks are back at it in the second end of the double dip in San Jose on Wednesday. Yesterday, 11:37 pm

  • Alexander Volkov registers two goals vs. SJ
Alexander Volkov posted a pair of goals in Monday's 4-0 win against the San Jose Sharks.

Advice: Volkov ended up with a plus-2 rating, three shots on goal and two hits in 16:53 of ice time across 22 shifts while winning his only faceoff attempt. He has registered three goals in six games since being acquired from the Tampa Bay Lightning in late March. He had a two-goal game on Feb. 15 against the Florida Panthers when he was with the defending champs. Yesterday, 11:35 pm
  • Anthony Stolarz makes 46 saves, shuts out Sharks
Anthony Stolarz turned aside all 46 shots he faced in Monday's 4-0 shutout road win against the San Jose Sharks.

Advice: The 46 saves by Stolarz was actually a franchise record for a Ducks goaltender in a shutout, pushing Jonas Hiller and Dominic Roussel (45 saves) to second place on the list. He also set a career high with the 46 stops in his third NHL shutout. Stolarz improved to 2-1-0 with a 2.17 goals-against average and .939 save percentage in his three starts and four appearances for the Ducks so far this season. Yesterday, 11:15 pm
  • Anze Kopitar notches ninth goal of the season
Anze Kopitar posted his ninth goal of the season in Monday's 4-2 home loss against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Advice: Kopitar ended up with a team-high six shots on goal, three blocked shots, a minor penalty and 13 faceoff wins in 21 chances (61.9 percent). He has a goal and three points during his current three-game point streak. The goal was his first since March 17 against the St. Louis Blues. He'll look to keep the point streak going in Wednesday's rematch against the Golden Knights at Staples Center. Yesterday, 10:59 pm
  • Cal Petersen makes 37 saves in home loss
Cal Petersen allowed four goals on 41 shots in Monday's 4-2 home loss against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Advice: Petersen was staked to a 2-0 lead after Austin Wagner scored midway through the first period, and Anze Kopitar notched his ninth goal of the season midway through the second. It started going off the rails late in the second, as Nicolas Roy broke the ice for the Golden Knights at 14:20, and Mark Stone notched a shorthanded goal with 27 seconds left in the period. Still, it was tied going to the third, but Alex Tuch had an even-strength goal, and Max Pacioretty bagged a power-play goal to help VGK flip a two-goal deficit into a two-goal win. Yesterday, 10:54 pm
  • Shea Theodore registers two helpers in road win
Shea Theodore posted two assists in Monday's 4-2 road win against the Los Angeles Kings.

Advice: Theodore was good for six shots on goal with a blocked shot and a hit in 19:28 of ice time across 22 shifts. It was Theodore's first multi-point game since March 31, also against the Kings, and his first game with at least two assists since a three-point game March 17 against the San Jose Sharks. He has just four assists with a plus-5 rating across seven games in April, but remains a must-start in most fantasy pools. Yesterday, 10:46 pm
  • Mark Stone posts goal, assist against the Kings
Mark Stone picked up a shorthanded goal and an assist in Monday's 4-2 road win against the Los Angeles Kings.

Advice: Stone ended up cashing in his only shot on goal for a score while posting a hit in his 19:19 of ice time across 22 shifts. His helper came on the power play, too, giving him two goals and 12 points on the power play this season. Overall he has 13 goals and 44 points with a plus-18 rating through 40 outings. He'll look to keep it cooking in the rematch Wednesday evening at Los Angeles at 10:00 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Yesterday, 10:41 pm
  • Robin Lehner helps VGK double up the Kings
Robin Lehner allowed two goals on 28 shots in Monday's 4-2 road win against the Los Angeles Kings.

Advice: Lehner pushed his record to 9-1-2 with a 2.31 goals-against average and .914 save percentage in his 12 starts, including wins in each of the past three. Lehner has also posted three straight victories away from home, and he is an impressive 4-0-0 with a 2.00 GAA and .927 SV% in four starts against the Kings. It wouldn't be shocking to see him again on Wednesday in the second end of the back-to-back in L.A., but his next start is likely Friday in Anaheim. Yesterday, 10:35 pm
  • Two helpers for Cale Makar against the Coyotes
Cale Makar posted two assists in Monday's 4-2 home win against the Arizona Coyotes.

Advice: Makar registered a pair of assists with a plus-1 rating, a shot on goal and a hit in his 23:26 of ice time across 28 shifts. The rearguard has managed a goal and eight points with a plus-5 rating in seven games in the month of April, including four power-play assists. He'll look to keep it cooking Wednesday night in St. Louis at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Yesterday, 10:26 pm
  • Mikko Rantanen reaches 25 goals, 50 points
Mikko Rantanen registered a pair of goals in Monday's 4-2 win against the Arizona Coyotes.

Advice: Rantanen struck for his 24th goal at 18:03 of the second period to make it 3-0, and he knocked in an empty-net goal at 18:03 of the third period to make it 4-2. The first goal actually stood up as the game-winning tally, his first since March 22, also against Arizona. He has four goals and seven points with a plus-4 rating across the past five outings. That's 25 goals and 50 points for the 24-year-old Finn, but he still has a ways to go before reaching the career-high 31 goals and 87 points he posted in 2018-19. Yesterday, 10:10 pm
  • Philipp Grubauer tops Coyotes for his 25th win
Philipp Grubauer allowed two goals on 37 shots in Monday's 4-2 victory against the Arizona Coyotes.

Advice: Grubauer pushed his record to 25-8-1 with a 2.00 goals-against average and .920 save percentage across his 33 starts and one relief appearance. He also improved to 5-1-0 with a 1.99 GAA and .918 SV% in his six starts against the Coyotes. Every time he wins he posts a new career high, as his previous career best was 18 wins both in 2018-19 and 2019-20. Yesterday, 10:02 pm
  • Michael Bunting notches power-play goal
Michael Bunting scored a power-play goal in Monday's 4-2 road loss against the Colorado Avalanche.

Advice: Bunting was helped out by Oliver Ekman-Larsson and Phil Kessel on the power-play goal, cutting Colorado's lead to 3-1. Johan Larsson also scored later in the third, but it wasn't enough to help the Coyotes avoid another road setback. Bunting has been on fire since coming up from the minors in late March, posting six goals and a plus-1 rating with three power-play goals across eight games. He still might not be an everyday fantasy option in seasonal play, but he is a decent low-cost DFS option while running hot. Yesterday, 9:55 pm
  • Ivan Prosvetov falls in first NHL start
Ivan Prosvetov allowed three goals on 19 shots in Monday's 4-2 road loss against the Colorado Avalanche.

Advice: Prosvetov made his first NHL start thanks to a back-to-back situation after Adin Hill started Sunday's game in Vegas. Prosvetov fell behind 3-0 after two periods, as Brandon Saad, Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen got him for goals in the first 38 minutes. But the Coyotes offense scored a pair of goals midway through the third to give him a chance. A late empty-net goal splashed cold water on the comeback attempt, but he did well enough. Yesterday, 9:50 pm
  • Joonas Korpisalo drops OT decision to Blackhawks
Joonas Korpisalo allowed four goals on 34 shots during Monday's 4-3 OT loss to the Chicago Blackhawks.

Advice: The Blue Jackets had 1-0 and 2-1 leads in this game, but they fell behind 3-2 in the third frame partially because Korpisalo allowed a pair of weak goals by Philipp Kurashev and Brett Connolly. The Jackets were able to force OT thanks to Patrik Laine's second goal of the game, but they lost on a Brandon Hagel goal in the extra frame. Korpisalo owns a 9-11-7 record with a 3.13 goals-against-average and a .899 save percentage this season.  Yesterday, 7:32 pm
  • Anthony Stolarz starts against Sharks
The Anaheim Ducks will have Anthony Stolarz in goal on Monday night the San Jose Sharks.

Advice: This comes as a surprise, as the expectation was for Ryan Miller to start the second half of a back-to-back but instead he'll serve as the backup. This is Stolarz's third outing of the season, he'll come into the game with a 1-1-0 record, a 2.99 goals-against-average and a .906 save percentage. Yesterday, 6:38 pm
  • LA Kings will start Cal Petersen in goal vs. Vegas
The Los Angeles Kings will start Cal Petersen on Monday night against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Advice: Petersen has lost his last three starts, including four of his last five. He's put together some solid outings this season, showing there is potential as the goaltender of the future in LA. He'll come into tonight's game with a 7-10-4 record, a 2.63 goals-against-average and a .921 save percentage. Yesterday, 6:32 pm
  • Robin Lehner starts against LA Kings
The Vegas Golden Knights will have Robin Lehner in goal on Monday night against the Los Angeles Kings.

Advice: This was expected after Marc-Andre Fleury was in goal for Sunday's 1-0 win over the Arizona Coyotes. Lehner will come into tonight's game with a 8-1-2 record, a 2.33 goals-against-average and a .912 save percentage. He's a must-start tonight. Yesterday, 6:01 pm
  • Ivan Prosvetov will get his first NHL start Monday
Ivan Prosvetov will be in the crease for Arizona on Monday night against Colorado.

Advice: Prosvetov will get the second half of the Coyotes' back-to-back situation after Adin Hill played in Sunday's 1-0 loss to Vegas. Hill had started 10 straight games, but Prosvetov made two relief appearances during that span. He allowed six goals on 32 shots to the Avalanche and Golden Knights. Yesterday, 2:18 pm
  • Martin Jones will face Anaheim on Monday
Martin Jones will be in the crease on Monday against Anaheim.

Advice: Jones is coming off a 4-2 loss to Los Angeles on Saturday when he made 15 saves. He will be looking to get back on track Monday. Jones has a 15-9-2 record with a 3.11 goals-against average and .903 save percentage this year.  Yesterday, 11:07 am
  • Joonas Korpisalo to start on Monday
Joonas Korpisalo will get the start in goal for Columbus Monday.

Advice: Korpisalo is coming off a poor performance Thursday when he gave up three goals on six shots in just 5:41 before John Tortorella pulled him. Korpisalo has a 9-11-6 record with a 3.10 goals-against-average and a .899 save percentage this season. There are likely better choices in DFS than the Columbus netminder. Yesterday, 7:56 am
  • Philipp Grubauer to start on Monday vs. Arizona
Philipp Grubauer will be in goal for Monday's match against Arizona.

Advice: Coach Jared Bednar made the decision after Friday's game to give Jonas Johansson another start on Sunday to give Grubauer some additional time to rest. Devan Dubnyk, who was just acquired from San Jose on Saturday, dressed as Johansson's understudy on Sunday in a 4-1 win over Anaheim. Grubauer will look to bounce back on Monday after he allowed seven goals on 18 shots to Minnesota last Wednesday. He has a 24-8-1 record this season with a 2.00 goals-against average and .919 save percentage in 33 appearances.  Sunday, 6:05 pm
  • Martin Jones gets pulled during loss to Kings
Martin Jones made 15 saves during Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Los Angeles Kings.

Advice: Jones allowed four goals on 19 shots and posted a save percentage of .789 in just about two periods of play before he got pulled from the game. Prior to this game, Jones had only picked up one loss in six appearances. He now adds to the loss column with his performance tonight, as his record drops to 15-9-2. He will look to bounce back when the Sharks face off against the Anaheim Ducks on Monday. Saturday, 10:31 pm
  • Martin Jones will get the nod on Saturday
Martin Jones will play between the pipes on Saturday.

Advice: No real surprise there given that San Jose just traded away goaltender Devan Dubnyk. Look for the Sharks to lean heavily on Jones for the remainder of the season. Saturday, 11:18 am
  • Michael Bunting scores his fifth of the season
Michael Bunting scored his fifth of the season Friday in a 7-4 loss to the Golden Knights.

Advice: Bunting has been a pleasant surprise since his recall from the AHL where he was honored as the player of the week in mid-February. He had seven goals and 12 assists in 16 games this season with Tucson and has six points in six games with Arizona to date. He is worth a look in most pools. Saturday, 5:37 am
  • Martin Jones makes 32 saves in win over Kings
Martin Jones made 32 saves during Friday’s 5-2 victory over the Los Angeles Kings.

Advice: Jones allowed a total of two goals on 34 shots and finished the night with a .941 save percentage. Jones has now posted a save percentage above .900 in four of his past five appearances. He has also picked up five wins in his past six starts. A win in this matchup helps improve his season record to 15-8-2. The level of play that Jones is at right now has been fun to watch and it makes him an interesting fantasy option, especially in daily fantasy situations. Friday, 11:12 pm
  • Cal Petersen makes 24 saves in loss to Sharks
Cal Petersen made 24 saves during Friday’s 5-2 loss to the San Jose Sharks.

Advice: This was not Petersen’s best performance, as he allowed four goals on 28 shots and finished the night with a .857 save percentage. Petersen has now failed to crack a .900 save percentage in back-to-back games. Furthermore, a loss in this matchup drops Petersen’s record to 7-10-4. He has now posted a loss in his past three consecutive starts. Friday, 11:02 pm
  • Robin Lehner makes 22 saves in win over Coyotes
Robin Lehner made 22 saves during Friday’s 7-4 win over the Arizona Coyotes.

Advice: Lehner allowed four goals on 26 shots and finished the night with a less than ideal .846 save percentage. He had a good start to the game, keeping Arizona off the scoreboard for a majority of the first two periods of play. However, he gave up one goal with under a minute left in the second. Then later, Lehner gave up three goals in just over seven minutes in the third. Regardless, he comes out of this game with a win that improves his record to 8-1-2. Friday, 10:47 pm
  • LA Kings start Cal Petersen on Friday night
The Los Angeles Kings will start Cal Petersen on Friday night against the San Jose Sharks.

Advice: This is the first of a back-to-back and fantasy managers should expect to see Jonathan Quick in goal on Saturday. Petersen will come into tonight's game with a 7-9-4 record, a 2.57 goals-against-average and a .923 save percentage. Friday, 7:02 pm
  • Martin Jones will start on Friday vs. Los Angeles
Martin Jones will start Friday night against Los Angeles.

Advice: Jones is coming off a 5-1 loss to Anaheim on Tuesday when he permitted four goals on 33 shots. The defeat snapped his four-game win streak. Jones has a 14-8-2 record this season with a 3.07 goals-against average and .904 save percentage in 25 appearances.  Friday, 12:56 pm
  • Robin Lehner in line to start Friday night
Robin Lehner was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate, which puts him in line to play on Friday night.

Advice: Lehner is coming off a 6-1 win over St. Louis on Monday when he blocked 31 shots. In 10 games this year, he has a 7-1-2 record with a 2.17 goals-against average and .919 save percentage.  Friday, 11:34 am
  • Joonas Korpisalo pulled in loss to Tampa
Joonas Korpisalo was pulled during Thursday's 6-4 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Advice: Korpisalo's night really didn't last long, as he was given the hook after allowing three goals in just 5:41. The Blue Jackets found themselves down 4-1 after the first frame and they were never able to recover. Even though he struggled badly on Thursday, Korpisalo still ended up picking up a no-decision. The loss went to Elvis Merzlikins, who allowed three goals on 24 shots. Korpisalo has a 9-11-6 record with a 3.10 goals-against-average and a .899 save percentage this season.  Thursday, 8:34 pm
  • Joonas Korpisalo will face Tampa Bay on Thursday
Joonas Korpisalo will be in the crease on Thursday night against Tampa Bay.

Advice: Korpisalo is coming off a 4-2 won over the Lightning on Tuesday when he stopped 36 shots. In 28 appearances this season, he has a record of 9-11-6 with a 2.99 goals-against average and .902 save percentage.  Thursday, 1:32 pm
  • Cale Makar has a four-game point streak
Cale Makar is on a four-game point streak.

Advice: Makar stayed hot with two assists in an 8-3 loss to Minnesota. He's up to four goals and 27 points in 27 contests this season. Thursday, 7:08 am
  • Philipp Grubauer roughed up in the Twin Cities
Philipp Grubauer allowed seven goals on just 18 shots in Wednesday's 8-3 road loss against the Minnesota Wild.

Advice: Grubauer has been near-Vezina Trophy quality so far this season, and every time he wins he sets a new career best. However, he just didn't have it in this one. The Wild jumped all over him for three goals, including two on the power play, in the first period, and they got him for two more in the second, and another two in the third before giving way to Jonas Johansson. Grubauer falls to 24-8-1 with the loss, and his goals-against average ballooned from 1.83 to 2.00 while his save percentage dipped from .926 to .919. He'll look to bounce back Friday in Anaheim. Wednesday, 9:20 pm
  • Philipp Grubauer starts Wednesday vs. Minnesota
Philipp Grubauer will be in the crease on Wednesday night against Minnesota.

Advice: Grubauer has won his last four starts, including a 5-4 victory over the Wild on Monday when he stopped 21 shots. He has a 24-7-1 record this season with a 1.83 goals-against average and .926 save percentage.  Wednesday, 10:28 am
  • Martin Jones buried on home ice by the Ducks
Martin Jones allowed four goals on 33 shots in Tuesday's 5-1 loss against the Anaheim Ducks.

Advice: It wasn't too bad early on, as the Sharks were within a 2-1 score at 1:29 of the second period. However, Isac Lundestrom, Nicolas Deslauriers and David Backes scored three straight unanswered goals for the Ducks to pull away. Jones slips to 14-8-2 with a 3.07 goals-against average and .904 save percentage across his 25 starts. He and the Sharks will look to bounce back Friday on home ice against the Los Angeles Kings. Tuesday, 10:40 pm
  • Max Comtois nets game-winning tally vs. SJ
Max Comtois scored his 10th goal of the season in Tuesday's 5-1 road win against the San Jose Sharks.

Advice: Comtois scored on the power play against Martin Jones, and his goal stood up as the game-winning tally. It was his first GWG since Feb. 11 in Vegas, a 1-0 victory. He also reached double digits in goals for the first time in his career. Comtois' previous high for a season was just five goals set in 2019-20 across 29 games. He has emerged as a decent fantasy option in deeper pools. Tuesday, 10:15 pm

  • Joonas Korpisalo stops 36 shots in win over Bolts
Joonas Korpisalo stopped 36 of 38 shots in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Advice: Korpisalo and the Blue Jackets were up 4-0 in the third period when they allowed back-to-back meaningless goals in the final six minutes of regulation. This was the 26-year-old's first victory since returning to the lineup from a lower-body injury. He has a 9-11-6 record with a 2.99 goals-against-average and a .902 save percentage this season.  Tuesday, 8:11 pm
  • Martin Jones is expected to start on Tuesday
Martin Jones will get the nod on Tuesday.

Advice: Jones has been on a roll with a 4-0-0 record, 1.71 GAA, and .942 save percentage in his last four starts. He has a 14-7-2 record, 3.03 GAA, and .905 save percentage in 24 contests this season. Tuesday, 10:36 am
  • Joonas Korpisalo is expected to start on Tuesday
Joonas Korpisalo will play between the pipes on Tuesday.

Advice: Korpisalo will be going after his first victory since March 18. He has an 8-11-6 record, 3.03 GAA, and .900 save percentage in 27 contests this season. Tuesday, 9:07 am
  • Anze Kopitar hits the 40-point milestone
Anze Kopitar registered an assist in a 5-2 loss to Arizona on Monday.

Advice: With that, Kopitar has reached the 40-point milestone in his 37th game. He recorded at least 60 points in each of his previous three seasons and there's a real chance he'll make it four straight campaigns despite 2020-21 being limited to a 56-game season. Tuesday, 7:17 am
  • Cal Petersen allows four goals in Monday's loss
Cal Petersen allowed four goals on 32 shots in Monday's 5-2 home loss against the Arizona Coyotes.

Advice: Petersen slipped to 7-9-4 with a 2.57 goals-against average and .923 save percentage in his 20 starts and 21 appearances. He has allowed four or more goals in two of his past four starts, and he has lost back-to-back starts for the first time since an 0-2-3 run from Feb. 27-March 14. He'll look to get back on track Wednesday night in the rematch against the Arizona Coyotes. Monday, 10:20 pm
  • Hats off to Michael Bunting against Kings
Michael Bunting recorded his first-career hat trick in Monday's 5-2 road win against the Los Angeles Kings.

Advice: Bunting opened the scoring with his second goal of the season just 2:43 into the game. He added a power-play goal at 4:11 of the game, and it was Bunting 2, Kings 0. He wasn't able to record the natural hat trick, but he added a power-play goal at 8:48 of the second period to make it 4-1, completing his first-career hatty. Bunting had seven goals and 19 points for Tucson of the AHL across 16 games. He has carried over the momentum, posting four goals and five points in just four games with the big club this season. Monday, 9:52 pm
  • Philipp Grubauer allows 4 goals in win over MIN
Philipp Grubauer allowed four goals on 25 shots during Monday's 5-4 win over the Minnesota Wild.

Advice: The Avs were down 1-0 heading into the second period, but they managed to score four unanswered goals to go ahead and they never looked back. Grubauer allowed two late power play goals to the Wild to make the game close, but the Avalanche were able to hang on. The Avs netminder has won three games in a row and he's gone 12 games without a regulation loss (11-0-1). The 29-year-old owns a 23-7-1 record with a 1.76 goals-against-average and a .929 save percentage this season.  Monday, 8:24 pm
  • Robin Lehner stops 31 shots in win over Blues
Robin Lehner turned aside 31 of 32 shots in Monday's 6-1 win over the St. Louis Blues.

Advice: This game was close heading into the second period, as the Golden Knights had a slim 2-1 lead at that point. But Vegas blew the game open when they scored four times in the middle frame. Lehner still hasn't dropped a game in regulation since returning from an upper-body injury (he's 4-0-1 since returning). He owns a 7-1-2 record with a 2.17 goals-against-average and a .919 save percentage in 2021. The Golden Knights have one of the top one-two punches in goal with Lehner and Marc-Andre Fleury.  Monday, 7:57 pm
  • Cal Petersen starts against Arizona
The Los Angeles Kings will start Cal Petersen on Monday night against the Arizona Coyotes.

Advice: Petersen was in goal for Friday's loss, but he can hardly be blamed after not getting any goal support while allowing just two goals. He'll come into tonight's game with a 7-8-4 record, 2.49 goals-against-average and a .926 save percentage. We'd fire him up tonight. Monday, 6:11 pm
  • Martin Jones chosen as second star of the week
Martin Jones has been selected as the second star of the week for the period ending April 4.

Advice: Jones posted a 4-0-0 record with a 1.71 goals-against average, a .942 save percentage and one shutout in four starts during that stretch. He stopped 113 of 120 shots in two wins over Los Angeles and two wins against Minnesota. Jones has been excellent since the start of March with a record of 8-2-1 to go along with a .931 save percentage. Monday, 2:35 pm
  • Robin Lehner in line to start Monday night
Robin Lehner was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate, which puts him in line to play on Monday night versus St. Louis.

Advice: Marc-Andre Fleury stayed on the ice for some additional work after he played in Saturday's 2-1 loss to Minnesota. Lehner last played in Thursday's 3-2 shootout loss to Wild when he stopped 35 shots. He has a 6-1-2 record this season with a 2.29 goals-against average and .912 save percentage in nine appearances.  Monday, 1:14 pm
  • Philipp Grubauer will get the nod on Monday night
Philipp Grubauer will be in the crease on Monday against Minnesota.

Advice: Grubauer has won his past three outings, including a 27-save effort in a 2-1 victory over St. Louis last Saturday. He has posted a  23-7-1 record this season with a 1.76 goals-against average and .929 save percentage in 31 appearances.  Monday, 11:21 am
  • Joonas Korpisalo stops 32 shots in loss to Florida
Joonas Korpisalo made 32 saves on 35 shots in a 3-0 loss to Florida on Sunday.

Advice: Korpisalo, who made his first start and second appearance since returning from a lower-body injury, was busy in the first period when he stopped all 11 shots he faced. He was also very good in the second stanza, while making 12 stops, but the goal he allowed to Aleksander Barkov ended up being the game winner. The Panthers added to their lead in the third period, but this was a good showing for Korpisalo despite his record slipping to 8-11-6 on the year.  Apr 4, 4:55 pm
  • Joonas Korpisalo will get the nod on Sunday
Joonas Korpisalo will start against Florida on Sunday.

Advice: Korpisalo made a relief appearance versus the Panthers on Saturday after Elvis Merzlikins was pulled. He stopped 12 of 13 shots over 18:33 of playing time in his first game action since returning from a lower-body injury. Korpisalo has a record of 8-10-6 on the year with a 3.02 goals-against average and .899 save percentage in 26 appearances.  Apr 4, 12:26 pm

Robin Lehner made 35 saves during Thursday's 3-2 SO loss to the Minnesota Wild.
