    • Makes relief appearance
Pickard stopped all three shots he faced in relief of Stuart Skinner in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Canucks in Game 3.

Advice: This was Pickard's first playoff action this spring, and he did fairly well, though the Canucks were mostly nursing their lead while he was in the game. Head coach Kris Knoblauch didn't name a starter for Game 4 on Tuesday in his postgame comments, per Daniel Nugent-Bowman of The Athletic, which leaves open the possibility Pickard could get a start now that the Oilers trail 2-1 in the series. The 32-year-old went 12-7-1 with a 2.45 GAA and a .909 save percentage in 23 regular-season appearances as Skinner's backup this year. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:25 pm
    • Nabs helper Saturday
Hintz recorded an assist, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Avalanche in Game 3.

Advice: Hintz had a four-point performance in Game 2, and he got back on the scoresheet with a helper on a Logan Stankoven empty-netter in Game 3. With six points through 10 playoff outings, it's fair to ask a bit more of Hintz on offense. The center has added 13 shots on net, 15 hits, six blocked shots and a minus-1 rating this postseason, though he remains firmly in a top-line role. Rotowire.com Saturday, 11:12 pm
    • Adds helper in win
Hyman logged an assist, four shots on goal, two hits, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Friday's 4-3 overtime win over the Canucks in Game 2.

Advice: Hyman helped out on Connor McDavid's equalizer in the third period. The 31-year-old Hyman has been held off the scoresheet just once in seven playoff outings, earning nine goals, two assists, 28 shots on net, 23 hits and a plus-5 rating. He was overshadowed a bit with McDavid and Leon Draisaitl joining forces on the top line, but Hyman has had no trouble carving out offense regardless of who is on McDavid's opposite wing this season. • Racks up four points in win
Hintz scored a goal on three shots, distributed three assists and added two PIM in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Avalanche in Game 2.

Advice: Hintz was involved in the Stars' first three goals, sandwiching his own even-strength goal between a pair of Miro Heiskanen power-play tallies that he helped out on. The 27-year-old Hintz also set up Esa Lindell's empty-netter in the third. Prior to Thursday, Hintz had been limited to one goal and 10 shots on net over his first eight playoff outings. He's at five points, 13 shots, 15 hits, six PIM and a minus-3 rating this postseason. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:03 pm
    • Scores twice in Game 1
Hyman scored a pair of goals in Wednesday's 5-4 loss to the Canucks in Game 1.

Advice: Hyman opened the scoring with a power-play marker 2:11 into the first period before extending Edmonton's lead to 4-1 with another tally in the second, sliding a wrister under the pad of Arturs Silovs. Hyman's picked up where he left off in the regular season -- he's scored at least one goal in five of his six playoff games this year, totaling nine goals and 10 points over that stretch. • Three points to open series
Makar tallied a goal and two assists in Tuesday's 4-3 Game 1 overtime win over the Stars.

Advice: Makar logged a pair of power-play points in the second period, setting up a Valeri Nichushkin marker before scoring later in the frame. Makar added a third point with another assist on Nathan MacKinnon's game-tying goal in the opening seconds of the third. The 25-year-old Makar has at least one point in all six of his postseason contests so far, totaling three goals and nine assists over that stretch. He posted 90 points (21 goals, 69 assists) in 77 regular-season games. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 7:19 am
    • Breaks tie in Game 6
Hanifin scored a goal on three shots in Friday's 2-0 win over the Stars in Game 6.

Advice: Hanifin's goal midway through the third period opened the scoring and stood as the game-winner. The 27-year-old defenseman has continued to be a strong part of the Golden Knights' blue line in the postseason, picking up two goals, three assists, 10 shots on net, 12 blocked shots, six hits and a minus-2 rating over six first-round appearances. Hanifin should continue to see significant minutes in all situations heading into Sunday's Game 7. Rotowire.com May 3, 10:51 pm
