    • Scores first of series
Tarasenko scored a goal that stood as the game-winner in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Rangers in Game 6.

Advice: Tarasenko registered his first point of the series when he gave Florida a 2-0 lead just before the midway point of the third period. The 32-year-old has faced his share of struggles during the postseason -- he was recently demoted to the third line after serving mostly in a top-six role since he was traded from Ottawa. He did have a crucial marker against his former club in Game 6, so perhaps this game serves as a confidence booster for Tarasenko ahead of the Stanley Cup Finals. The Russian native has three goals and three assists and a plus-4 rating in 17 postseason contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:22 pm
    • Two apples in loss
Zibanejad had two primary assists in Thursday's 3-2 loss against the Panthers in Game 5.

Advice: Zibanejad's two helpers in Thursday's loss moved him past teammate Vincent Trocheck for the team lead in assists during the postseason. Surprisingly, it was Zibanejad's first two points of the series after logging 14 points in 10 games throughout the first two rounds. The 31-year-old center did not record a shot on goal Thursday, but he had a plus-1 rating in 24:03 of ice time, the most of any Ranger. In 15 playoff contests to this point, Zibanejad has 16 points and a team-leading 13 assists with an even plus-minus rating. Rotowire.com Friday, 2:54 am
    • Sets up game-winner
Barkov registered two power-play assists in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Rangers in Game 4.

Advice: After being held off the scoresheet in four consecutive contests prior to Game 3, Barkov now has picked up multiple points in each of his last two games. He had a secondary assist on Carter Verhaeghe's power-play tally in the second period before setting up Sam Reinhart for the game-winning goal in overtime. Barkov also had four shots, three hits and an even plus-minus rating in 22:04 of ice time Tuesday night. The 28-year-old center is tied for second on the team in points so far during the postseason with six goals and 11 assists in 15 contests. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 11:11 pm
    • Distributes two assists
Tkachuk recorded two assists (one on the power play), seven shots on goal and two hits in Sunday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Rangers in Game 3.

Advice: Tkachuk helped out on a Sam Reinhart power-play tally in the first period and also set up Gustav Forsling's equalizer in the third. This was Tkachuk's second multi-point effort in three Eastern Conference Finals games. The winger has played his usual excellent game with five goals, 13 helpers, 53 shots, 39 hits, 19 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 14 playoff outings in a top-six role. • One of each Sunday
Barkov scored a goal on five shots, dished a power-play assist and added two PIM in Sunday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Rangers in Game 3.

Advice: Barkov had been held off the scoresheet in the previous four contests. He snapped the slump by setting up Sam Reinhart on the opening goal before scoring one of his own in the third period. Aside from his recent dry spell, Barkov has been excellent with five goals, 10 helpers, 36 shots on net, 33 hits and a plus-3 rating over 14 playoff outings. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:06 pm
    • Scores opening goal of series
Tkachuk registered a goal and an assist in Wednesday's 3-0 win over New York in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Advice: Tkachuk's goal to open the scoring in Wednesday's win wound up being the game-winner. The 26-year-old's marker was his first since Game 1 of Florida's second-round series against Boston. In addition to recording two points against New York, Tkachuk had three hits, one shot and a plus-3 rating in 18:49 of ice time Wednesday. The multi-point effort marks the sixth time in 12 games this postseason that Tkachuk has notched at least two points. The star winger is leading the way for the Panthers during the playoffs with five goals and 11 assists in 12 contests so far. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:41 am
