    Ceci posted an assist and two hits in Monday's 2-1 loss to the Panthers in Game 7.

    Advice: Ceci set up a breakaway goal for Mattias Janmark in the first period. The helper ended a nine-game drought for Ceci, who was also scratched in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals. The 30-year-old defenseman had five points, 24 shots on net, 37 hits, 30 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating over 24 playoff outings.     Kulikov notched an assist in Monday's 2-1 win over the Oilers in Game 7.

    Advice: Kulikov's only two points in the playoffs were both assists, and they came in the last two games. The defenseman added 56 hits, 25 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating while playing in a bottom-pairing role over 24 postseason appearances.   • Won't return to Sharks
    Addison, who would have been a restricted free agent July 1, will not be re-signed by the Sharks, Max Miller of The Hockey News reports Monday. As such, Addison will be an unrestricted free agent when the market opens Monday.

    Advice: Addison saw action in 60 games for San Jose this season in which he garnered one goal on 75 shots, 11 assists and six power-play points after he was traded from the Wild. While he may not rejoin the Sharks, the 24-year-old blueliner should earn a contract somewhere in the NHL.     DeSimone signed a one-year, one-way contract worth $775,000 with New Jersey on Monday.

    Mitchell signed a one-year, two-way contract with Boston on Sunday, per Conor Ryan of The Boston Globe.

    Advice: Mitchell earned two assists, 11 shots on goal and 13 blocked shots in 13 regular-season outings with Boston in 2023-24. He also had six goals and 24 points in 42 regular-season appearances for AHL Providence during the 2023-24 campaign.     Advice: The helper was Kulikov's first point since April 4, ending a 27-game dry spell that had covered all of the Panthers' postseason run. While his offense has been absent, the 33-year-old blueliner has racked up 55 hits, 25 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over 23 playoff appearances.     Advice: Kulak has a helper in three of the last four games. The defenseman has been a surprising source of depth offense with eight points through 24 playoff contests after he logged just 16 points in 82 regular-season outings.     Tanev (ankle) is recovering from a tendon injury, Mike Heika of the Stars' official site reports Friday.

    Advice: Tanev had two goals, 19 points, 24 PIM, 45 hits and 207 blocks in 75 regular-season outings between Calgary and Dallas in 2023-24. He also recorded two assists, 30 hits and 73 blocks across 19 playoff contests with the Stars. He played in two contests after suffering the injury in Game 4 versus Edmonton, so he should be fine for the start of the 2024-25 campaign.
