      Zibanejad registered a shorthanded assist in a 3-2 overtime victory over Carolina in Game 3 on Thursday.

      Advice: Zibanejad helped out Chris Kreider midway through the second period who evened the score at 1-1. The 31-year-old Zibanejad is on a 13-game point streak dating back to the regular season in which he's provided five goals and 20 points -- that run includes three goals and 12 points across seven playoff outings.       Kochetkov allowed three goals on 25 shots in Thursday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Rangers in Game 3.

      Advice: Making his first appearance of the postseason, Kochetkov held the Rangers off the board in the first period. However, New York would answer with goals in the second and third before Artemi Panarin tallied the game-winner in overtime. The 24-year-old Kochetkov served as Carolina's primary starting option while Frederik Andersen was unavailable for much of the regular season -- he went 23-13-4 with a .911 save percentage.       Advice: Kochetkov will make his first appearance in goal for the Canes since April 14 against the Blackhawks, a stretch of eight games on the bench. While the team did split the workload between the 24-year-old backstop and Frederik Andersen down the stretch, if Kochetkov does secure a win in Game 3, he should probably be considered a lock to start Game 4 as well.       Ullmark allowed two goals on 10 shots after replacing Jeremy Swayman in the third period of Wednesday's 6-1 loss to the Panthers in Game 2.

While Swayman would wind up with the loss, Ullmark didn't fair much better, allowing two more goals later in the frame. The 30-year-old Ullmark hadn't made an appearance since Game 2 of Boston's opening-round series against Toronto, when he allowed three goals on 34 shots in a loss. However, the Bruins could turn to Ullmark in net for Friday's Game 3 following Swayman's rough Game 2 outing, though that may be a bit unlikely given how great Swayman has been in the playoffs so far.
