  • Welcome to the 2nd season of Guru Fantasy Hockey League.
    I’m glad to see you all here. We have three new managers (Igor, Gord and Nanne) joining us.
    I don't plan to change the roster positions. The roster is the reflection of the basic NHL team roster. As for the scoring settings, we got rid of faceoffs lost (FL) and I think NOW they are just fair and don't have a random ('odd') character.
    Every week your goalies should be in the crease in at least 2 games to have their stats counted. You are allowed to make 6 moves per week but there will be no restrictions anymore regarding maximum acquisitions for entire season.
    Later some changes will be put to a vote. By this I mean the addition of plus-minus category and the expansion of the keeper list.
    Our keeper deadline is September 27. You have to select up to 5 keepers until this date. Let me know if you need any help setting it up.
    The draft order is based on the last season’s results:

    There are only a few unwritten rules to this league: 1) update your teams throughout the week, 2) be active (if a manager goes over 1 month of inactivity then that manager can be replaced) and 3) of course have fun!
