    • Scores goal, assist in win
Makar scored a goal on three shots and picked up an assist in Sunday's 5-1 Game 4 win over the Jets.

Advice: Makar has points in six straight games, racking up a combined three goals and eight assists, including five power-play points. During the regular season, the defenseman notched a career-high 90 points but still finished second behind Quinn Hughes for the NHL lead among blueliners. If the Avalanche make a deep run into the postseason, Makar could be in contention for the Conn Smythe trophy, especially if he continues to produce at this level. Rotowire.com Today, 6:23 am
    • Completes sweep of Capitals
Shesterkin stopped 23 of 25 shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Capitals in Game 4.

Advice: Shesterkin had no problem guiding the Rangers to a first-round sweep over the Capitals, allowing just seven goals during the series. He's won six straight games dating back to the regular season. Shesterkin will now get a little time to recharge as the Rangers await their second-round opponent, which will be either the Hurricanes or the Islanders. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:03 pm
    • Manages assist in loss
Josi posted an assist in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Canucks in Game 4.

Advice: Josi has two helpers over four playoff contests after closing out the regular season with 24 points over his last 20 games. The 33-year-old has maintained his top-pairing role, contributing eight blocked shots, three hits and six shots on net. Josi will need to step up at both ends of the ice if the Predators are to stave off elimination in Tuesday's Game 5. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:29 pm
    • Puts up two points
Lehkonen registered a goal and an assist in the 5-1 Game 4 win over the Jets on Sunday.

Advice: With the Avalanche peppering Connor Hellebuyck in the first period, Lehkonen was able to open the scoring for his fourth goal of the first round on the 12th shot of the game. Lehkonen added a primary power-play assist late in the second frame to give Colorado a 4-1 lead. He also had one hit, three shots on net, one blocked shot, two PIM and a plus-1 rating in 18:39 of ice time. Including the regular season, Lehkonen is on a six-game point streak, scoring four goals and adding five assists over that span. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:49 pm
    • Tending twine Sunday
Shesterkin will get the starting nod for Game 4 in Washington on Sunday, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports.

Advice: Shesterkin has led the Rangers to a dominant 3-0 series lead as they look for a sweep Sunday. He's stopped 70 of 75 shots, including a 28-save win in Game 3. Shesterkin is 7-2-0 with a terrific 2.00 GAA and .921 save percentage in nine games this month. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:36 pm
    • Two helpers in 2OT win
Horvat picked up two assists Saturday during a 3-2 double-overtime win over the Hurricanes in Game 4.

Advice: The 29-year-old helped set up both of Mathew Barzal's tallies on the afternoon, including the winner in the second OT period. Horvat has a goal and three points through four playoff games, but he could be due to light the lamp again -- he took five shots on net Saturday and has 15 in the series so far, tied with Kyle Palmieri for the team lead. • Scores twice in overtime win
Johnston scored two goals on eight shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Golden Knights in Game 3.

Advice: Johnston opened the scoring in the first period with a backhand tally, then went top shelf at 16:23 of overtime to finish off the Stars' first win of the first-round series. The 20-year-old led the Stars' onslaught with eight shots, double the amount he put up in the first two games of the series. He was moved to the top line Saturday, and given the result, he may stay there moving forward. Johnston has three points, 12 shots, four hits and three blocked shots in the postseason. • Collects third win of series
Swayman stopped 24 of 25 shots in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Maple Leafs in Game 4.

Advice: Swayman has all three of the Bruins' wins so far in the playoffs, having allowed just four goals on 91 shots in his three starts. He started consecutive contests for the first time since February 19-21, and it looks like he's now the Bruins' preferred starter. The 25-year-old will likely be between the pipes again for Tuesday's Game 5 with a chance to send Toronto packing. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:13 pm
    • First off ahead of Game 4
Swayman was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports, indicating he will guard the road net Saturday versus Toronto in Game 4.

Advice: Swayman is coming off a 28-save performance in Wednesday's 4-2 victory over the Maple Leafs in Game 3. He has stopped 63 of 66 shots en route to a 2-0 record in the opening round of the postseason. If the Bruins emerge victorious Saturday, the team can take a 3-1 stranglehold in the best-of-seven series. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:23 am
