    • Adds helper in loss
Vilardi notched an assist, two shots on goal, two PIM and a minus-2 rating in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Avalanche in Game 2.

Advice: Vilardi has earned three helpers through two playoff contests. He's also recorded four shots on net while seeing top-line minutes. His scoring upside is limited compared to his linemates Mark Scheifele and Kyle Connor, but Vilardi could have some extra fantasy appeal if he stays in a first-line role throughout the playoffs. • Nets goal in Game 2 loss
Scheifele scored a goal on three shots, doled out five hits and went minus-2 in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Avalanche in Game 2.

Advice: Scheifele has four points, four shots on net and seven hits over two playoff games so far. The 31-year-old's tally gave the Jets a 2-1 lead in the second period, but Alexandar Georgiev was able to shut the door after that. Scheifele's performance will be key for the Jets in the postseason, and he's living up to expectations early on. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:44 pm
    • Bounces back in Game 2
Georgiev allowed two goals on 30 shots in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Jets in Game 2.

Advice: Georgiev turned in a good effort just one game after getting torched for seven goals on 23 shots. It didn't start well, as the Jets led 2-1 at the halfway mark, but the Avalanche had the last four goals of the contest. The 28-year-old's recent performance has been far from strong or consistent, so it'll be important for him to build on this outing as the series shifts to Denver on Friday for Game 3. • Starting in Game 2
Georgiev is on track to guard the road goal during Tuesday's Game 2 versus Winnipeg, per John Lu of TSN.

Advice: Georgiev was horrendous in Game 1 on Sunday, allowing seven goals on just 23 shots en route to a 7-6 loss. If Georgiev struggles again in Game 2, the Avalanche could consider starting Justus Annunen (illness) or Ivan Prosvetov in Friday's Game 3. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:17 am
    • Scores in Game 2 loss
Pastrnak scored a goal on three shots in Monday's 3-2 loss to Toronto.

Advice: Pastrnak put Boston ahead 2-1 with eight seconds remaining in the first period, one-timing a Pavel Zacha feed from the slot. It's the first goal and the second point for Pastrnak in the playoffs after he tallied 47 goals and 110 points in the regular season. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 7:12 am

    • Logs helper Sunday
Josi posted an assist in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Canucks in Game 1.

Advice: Josi has earned 10 points over his last nine outings. The defenseman set up Jason Zucker's first-period tally in Sunday's contest. Josi had another excellent regular season with 23 goals and 85 points over 82 appearances, and he added 268 shots on net, 151 blocked shots and a plus-12 rating. He'll fill a workhorse role as the Predators' top defenseman during the playoffs. Rotowire.com Sunday, 11:06 pm

    • Two points pace Game 1 win
Tkachuk scored a goal and added an assist in a 3-2 Game 1 win over the Lightning on Sunday.

Advice: With the score tied 1-1 early in the third period, Tkachuk provided a power-play assist on Carter Verhaeghe's go-ahead goal. Tkachuk added an empty-net goal late in the third period, which turned into the game-winner when Tampa scored in the final seconds. The physical winger also contributed two hits and four shots on net in 17:07 of ice time. This was his second multi-point game in a row and his fourth consecutive game with at least one point. The Panthers play at home again for Game 2 on Tuesday. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:29 pm

    • Lit up in loss
Georgiev allowed seven goals on 23 shots in Sunday's 7-6 loss to the Jets in Game 1.

Advice: Georgiev's struggles from late in the regular season seeped into the first playoff game. The seven goals allowed matched a season high -- he also gave up seven in a shutout loss versus the Golden Knights on Nov. 4. Georgiev has played 125 regular-season contests over the last two campaigns, so overwork is a real concern, especially with the obvious signs of diminished performance. It's unclear if head coach Jared Bednar will stick with Georgiev or turn to Justus Annunen (illness) for Tuesday's Game 2. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:19 pm
    • Produces two assists
Vilardi registered two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 7-6 win over the Avalanche in Game 1.

Advice: Vilardi had six goals over the last seven games of the campaign, but his last assist was Feb. 25, two games before he was held out with an enlarged spleen. The 24-year-old has held down a top-line role since his return, and he set up goals by linemates Mark Scheifele and Kyle Connor in this contest. It's still early in the postseason, but Vilardi could achieve breakout status if he stays in that place in the lineup. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:56 pm
