    • Two goals in win
Rodrigues potted two goals in Friday's 6-2 road victory over Boston in Game 3.

Advice: Rodrigues opened the scoring in Game 3 with an even-strength goal that came right after a Florida power-play ended. He also finished the scoring with a goal in the final minute of the third period. Rodrigues is the perfect example of a depth player that Florida will need to keep contributing if they want to go on a deep Stanley Cup run. Rodrigues has three goals and an assist in eight games so far this postseason. Rotowire.com Friday, 8:18 pm

    • Suffers loss in Game 3
Swayman made 27 saves on 32 shots in Friday's 6-2 home loss to the Panthers.

Advice: It was a tough outing for Swayman, and the Bruins were heavily outplayed by the Panthers for a large portion of the tilt. There wasn't much help in front of the Bruins netminder -- Florida almost doubled up Boston in shots on goal. Swayman has now allowed nine goals in his last two outings combined, so it's possible the Bruins will turn to Linus Ullmark in net for Game 4 on Sunday. Overall this postseason, Swayman is 5-4 with a 2.19 GAA and a .931 save percentage. Rotowire.com Friday, 7:50 pm
    • Good to go Friday
Bennett (upper body) will return to the lineup for Friday's Game 3 against the Bruins, Katie Engleson of Bally Sports Florida reports.

Advice: Bennett was injured during Game 2 against the Lightning last round and went on to miss five straight games. He'll slide back into a top-six role alongside Carter Verhaeghe and Matthew Tkachuk on Friday. After scoring 20 goals and 41 points in the regular season, Bennett has two points through two playoff appearances. Rotowire.com Friday, 3:45 pm
    • Tending twine Friday
Swayman will get the starting nod for Game 3 at home against the Panthers on Friday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Advice: After stopping 38 shots in a dominant Game 1 victory, Swayman couldn't make it through the entirety of Game 2 against Florida. He was yanked after coughing up four goals on 23 shots. Still, the Bruins will go back to him for an eighth consecutive game. Over his last seven contests, Swayman has gone 4-3-0 despite registering a terrific .937 save percentage over that span. • Game-time call
Bennett (upper body) will be a game-time decision for Friday's Game 3 versus the Bruins.

Advice: Bennett picked up two points through the first two games of Florida's first-round series versus Tampa Bay before missing the team's next five contests with an upper-body injury. If he's able to return Friday, look for Bennett to center the second line while seeing time with the first power-play unit against Boston. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:50 am
    • Traveling with team
Bennett (upper body) will make the trip to Boston ahead of Friday's Game 3 versus the Bruins, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.

Advice: Bennett practiced with the extras Thursday, and if he's able to get on the ice with the main squad for Friday's morning skate, there's a chance he'll be available for Game 3. Bennett picked up two points through the first two games of the Panthers' first-round series versus Tampa Bay before suffering his upper-body injury. Rotowire.com Thursday, 8:57 am
    • Yanked in Game 2
Swayman was handed the loss Wednesday in Game 2 against the Panthers after allowing four goals on 23 shots before being replaced by Linus Ullmark early in the third period.

Advice: Swayman blanked Florida in the first period before surrendering three goals in the second, including a Gustav Forsling tally with just two seconds left in the frame. Swayman would give up a fourth goal 1:28 into the third before he was replaced by Ullmark. It's the first time in eight postseason starts that Swayman's allowed more than two goals -- he still sports an impressive .942 save percentage with a 1.81 GAA during the playoffs. Swayman earned the primary starting job in the postseason after splitting the workload with Ullmark for most of the year, though the Bruins may elect to make a change prior to Friday's Game 3 on Friday. • Ready to rock for Game 1
Pettersson (illness) will play Wednesday in Game 1 versus the Oilers, Thomas Drance of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Pettersson should slot into his usual spots on the second line and first power-play unit Wednesday. The 25-year-old pivot was a bit pedestrian in the first round against the Predators, picking up just three helpers across six outings after racking up 34 goals and 89 points through 82 regular-season contests. • Slated to start
Swayman was the first goalie off the ice at morning skate, per Steve Conroy of the Boston Herald, putting him on track to guard the road goal in Wednesday's Game 2 versus Florida.

Advice: Swayman was exceptional in Monday's Game 1, turning aside 38 of 39 shots en route to a convincing 5-1 win. As long as the 25-year-old netminder continues to play at this level, it seems unlikely coach Jim Montgomery will go back to the rotation between Swayman and Linus Ullmark he utilized to open the Bruins' first-round series versus Toronto.
