    • Scores in Game 2 loss
Pastrnak scored a goal on three shots in Monday's 3-2 loss to Toronto.

Advice: Pastrnak put Boston ahead 2-1 with eight seconds remaining in the first period, one-timing a Pavel Zacha feed from the slot. It's the first goal and the second point for Pastrnak in the playoffs after he tallied 47 goals and 110 points in the regular season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:12 am
    • Offers helper in loss
Arvidsson notched an assist, three shots on goal and a minus-3 rating in Monday's 7-4 loss to the Oilers in Game 1.

Advice: Arvidsson helped out on a Mikey Anderson goal in the second period. With seven points over his last five contests, Arvidsson is carrying some momentum on offense into the postseason. He was limited to 18 regular-season games but still produced 15 points and 59 shots on net over that span, making him a solid depth option for fantasy playoff competitions. • Sets up empty-netter
Pastrnak recorded an assist, three shots on goal and four hits in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Maple Leafs in Game 1.

Advice: Pastrnak gained the puck at the offensive blue line before Trent Frederic scooped it up for an empty-netter. Pastrnak was fifth in the league in scoring with 110 points (47 goals, 63 assists) over 82 contests during the regular season. The 27-year-old winger is capable of putting plenty of pucks on the net, making him a force on the power play and at even strength as part of the Bruins' sturdy top six. • Two power-play helpers in win
Marchand registered two power-play assists and two hits in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Maple Leafs in Game 1.

Advice: Marchand earned his first multi-point effort since March 16. The 35-year-old assisted on both of Jake DeBrusk's tallies late in the second period. Marchand had 67 points (26 on the power play, four shorthanded) with 207 shots on net and 115 hits over 82 regular-season outings, showing no drop-off from 2022-23. The Bruins' captain will likely continue to see massive minutes in all situations during the playoffs. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:49 pm
    • Dishes pair of assists
Skjei registered two assists, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Islanders in Game 1.

Advice: Skjei helped out on the first two Hurricanes goals in the contest, including Evgeny Kuznetsov's opening tally on the power play. Skjei was on a five-game assist streak to end the regular season, though he was rested for the final two contests. The 30-year-old had a career-high 47 points with 90 blocked shots and 185 shots on net over 80 appearances this year, so he could offer some all-around fantasy value from the blue line in playoff competitions. • Scores two goals Thursday
Arvidsson scored twice and added an assist in Thursday's 5-4 overtime win over the Blackhawks.

Advice: Arvidsson got the Kings on the board in the second period, set up a Trevor Moore tally late in the frame and then scored a power-play marker late in the third to force overtime. Arvidsson has been strong in April with five goals and five assists over nine contests. While he was limited to 18 regular-season appearances, Arvidsson produced 14 points (five on the power play), 59 shots on net and a plus-4 rating while seeing top-six minutes over that stretch. He'll be a solid choice for fantasy managers participating in playoff contests. Rotowire.com Thursday, 11:43 pm
    • Returning to lineup
Skjei (rest) was back at practice Thursday after getting Tuesday's game versus Columbus off, Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site reports.

Advice: Skjei missed the last two games of the regular season, as coach Rod Brind'Amour gave him some time off in order to be healthy and ready for the team's playoff matchup versus the Islanders. Skjei had a five-game point streak at the end of the season, finishing the 2023-24 campaign with 13 goals and a career-high 47 points. He will likely be paired alongside Brett Pesce entering the postseason. Rotowire.com Thursday, 9:06 am
    • Two-point effort against Pens
Nelson produced an even-strength goal and a power-play assist in Wednesday's 5-4 win over the Penguins.

Advice: After opening the scoring early in the first period, the 32-year-old helped set up Kyle Palmieri with only 16 seconds left in the second frame. Nelson extended his point streak to five games and his goal streak to three games in the process, and over that stretch he's racked up four goals and eight points. If the Islanders are going to upset the Hurricanes in the first round, Nelson will likely need to remain locked in. On the season, he's delivered 34 goals and 69 points, falling just short of the career-best numbers he posted in 2022-23. Rotowire.com Thursday, 7:32 am

    • Two points against Isles
Malkin scored a power-play goal and added an even-strength assist in Wednesday's 5-4 loss to the Islanders.

Advice: The 37-year-old center wrapped up a solid finish to the campaign that saw him deliver four multi-point performances in his final eight games. Malkin ends 2023-24 with 27 goals and 67 points through 82 games, and he's now played every game for Pittsburgh in each of the last two seasons -- that's an impressive feat all on its own, as it's the first time he's managed to do that since his age-21 and 22 seasons. Malkin still appears to have plenty left in the tank, and he has some milestones left to aim for -- he needs just two more goals for 500 in his career and four more points for 1,300.
